service was extremely fast and straight forward the manager is extremely nice and helps walk you through the set up when activating phone and explains everything fully also helped set up my max movie account. definitely recommend this store location for any purchase rather it be cell phone or activating a phone.

Scammers they will charge things on your receipts. And treat you like your a liar and just another complaining customer for their mistakes. They treated my wife so bad because they stole from her. Which they ended up being proven wrong and had to refund her. Also a boy that works there asked her how she would treat her customers if it was her. She wouldn't be in that situation because she doesn't steal. They are all in a pack stealing. Do not go to this one and if you do be aware. Also I made a mistake of going to pay my bill there yesterday. They tried to tack on more money to my bill saying there is extra charges to pay your bill. Not true. I posted my bill online and had no problem paying what it said it was. Definitely leaving this phone company.

They are scammers. Check your receipts. a few weeks ago I had to get a refund. I bought a phone for 100 that was only worth 20$. They were rude about it and practically treated me like I was a liar. The manager lied and said the cameras didn't work and that she can't get ahold of higher management. She made every excuse not to get into contact with anyone. Saying there is nothing I can doThen was like oh I'm so sorry I didn't think it was true. The cricket store on Alexander are the ones that told me I got scammed by this store. On top of that my husband goes to pay my bill and she tries to say there is a fee to paying your bill. That is untrue. So once again they were trying to make extra cash again. Your bill is what your bill says and if they say any different pay it online and watch it be the same. Check your receipts also. They sneak things in there. I'm just so upset they tried to overcharge my husband again yesterday for a bill. They stay stealing from the company. And I'm sure the manager is the one teaching them. That same manager asked my husband to work there while I was pregnant. He declined because he already had a job. At that time she also admitted to having drug trafficking felonies and money felonies. I guess she's not done with that life. I believe everyone can change. But I don't comprehend people that do not learn their lesson the first time. I will be leaving this phone company. Due to these problems.

Don’t come to this cricket this location this place took 40 dollars from my wife , they didn’t wanna give my wife the 2 screen protectors she paid for so my wife asked for her money back and the lady refused to she told my wife you have to pay the 40 again & they did not want to help at all very rude employees

Customer service was awesome. The price for screen protectors was outrageous its a piece of plastic. Hard as times are n america (from big bissinesss) You would think retail stores would help the neighbor hood they are n. The cheapest screen protector was a little over $20. Ive lost my job ben dusabked recently. I barely can afford my phone bill much less the stuff needed to protect my phone.Only decent thing was my insurance. Im pleased with that. But c'mon screen protectors starting at $20. A piece of plastic that cost u 5 cent to make.

Since Cricket didn’t post my response on their website here it goes for the ladies at this store. I wanted to go with Cricket to lower my bill in these hard times. I ordered the SIM cards (2) and waited for them in the mail. I made sure the phones were paid off from sprint and unlocked. I received an the SIM cards and got my phone to work easily , my daughters phone I couldn’t get it to work, ever. I went to the cricket store in hopes they could assist me since I had bought the sims cards in full right? Wrong. I was told by the girls at the store on Garth road in Baytown tx that they could not help me I had to contact customer service . I did call them multiple times and to no avail . Nothing was ever resolved for a week. I decided to take the loss and go with another company and waste the money I had spent on the sims card. Never again! Terrible customer service !!FYI ppl if you take your numbers to VERIZON you get $150 back in a form of a gift card and they have WONDERFUL customer service!
