We just bought a Kia Telluride. Gabby took such great care of us! She made the experience so enjoyable! She made sure the buying process and all the paper work went through as fast as possible. She gave us a tour of the dealership and made sure we had a good knowledge of our vehicle before we left the dealership. She is Amazing!,
The finance manager was wonderful. He got our paperwork done without any hassle and made the process enjoyable. Thank you both so very much!

Dealership didn’t properly replace oil on my vehicle. Oil leaked out while traveling causing my car to break down in the middle of the road. This is a brand new Kia Niro, not even a year old.

I am a disabled veteran, so the BLUF (bottom line up front) is that this dealership, Terry (Sales Manager) in particular tried every underhanded dealership trick in order to sell the vehicle below to me. I would watch your pocketbook when dealing with this dealership. Gerald was my salesman, and he was wonderful. I can forgive him for having another appointment at the same time as the appointment he scheduled with me. If you are a veteran DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! They say they work with USAA but they will steal money from you if you are not careful. Read EVERYTHING!!!
I drove over 7.5 hours in order to purchase this vehicle for my daughter as her previous vehicle was totaled due to hail damage. She had the exact same vehicle. She really wanted the same vehicle again. I informed them that I was paying cash for the vehicle, and since carrying $26,000 in cash is not a safe endeavor, that it would be by wire transfer. They said they could not let the vehicle go with me until the money was in their account, and that there was a $1000 reconditioning fee. After the $1000 reconditioning fee, then the fact that I drove 7.5 hours after being told that it would not be a problem to do a wire transfer from USAA, I decided to walk because they wanted me to get a loan in order to take the car. They of course told me I could pay off the loan the next day, but I knew I could get a loan from USAA for 6% and their loan is 7-9%. Don't forget the loan origination fees that go along with that, and their higher rates are due to the points that the dealerships add in order to increase their profits.
Terry tried to inform me that it cost them $500 in order to "Certify" the Kia. Terry...that should be in the price of the vehicle, and then there was an excuse of the payroll to pay the service department. These were all excuses as to why they could not drop the $1000 reconditioning fee.
Ultimately, I walked away. They lost on money that is going to be spent on a vehicle. It is unfortunate that dealerships such as this one still exist. All consumers due your research and know the car buying process before you allow a dealership to take advantage of you.

My previous car gave out during the recent storm and desperately needed a new vehicle. I decided to buy KIA due to the great experience from a close relative.
Brad assisted my husband and I in search of a new vehicle. I tested 3 different vehicles, and Brad was very patient. We did not feel rushed or pushed to purchase anything, which allowed us to make a decision on the vehicle. Brad followed up with me on Monday morning to get Process started. My husband and I came back on Monday evening to close the deal on the vehicle. Process was very straightforward and clear. Gas tank was full when vehicle was handed over.
I LOVE, LOVE my new TELLURIDE.❤️❤️
