As a client, I appreciate being given truthful information regarding the availability of a product. I was looking for a hard to find air conditioner filter, and they assured me they had it...went to the store, and sure enough, they did have it. Thank you for not wasting my time Fischers.

Asked for fpt fittings, was told they had them in stock. Throughout the call I mentioned fpt multiple times, I get there and they try to give slip fittings and say "Oh I thought you said slip!"Waste of a trip and my time.
