I walked in for assistance to add a High School account for my son and was immediately greeted and helped by Andrea (Ashley). She was so sweet and helpful, walked us through the process easily, and offered the best customer experience I've had in a long time. We saved her card and will make a special trip just to see her for any of our future banking needs. Andrea, if you see this, we appreciate you so much! Thank you for all your help yesterday!

THE WORST BANK I HAVE EVER HAD!!!. This is the third time this has happened to me, when I go to make a deposit at an ATM the money is never available and it takes up to 2 days for it to be in my account, besides the drive true ATMs never work and there is always a long line to make any transaction in the bank. And the same thing happens in all the Baytown branches and some that I have visited in Houston. All the staff that work at the bank are very friendly and they serve you quickly, but the bank is not the same as before.

The ATMs are ALWAYSSS OUT OF ORDER it is very hard for us to deposit and withdrawl money from this bank when the bank is closed we chose this bank because it was the closest to home but for the past month we have been having so many issues with these ATMS inside and out

Today, I went to use the ATM located inside, next to the teller windows. After a great deal of time, that machine told me it could not dispense cash. So, I stepped over to the teller to verify that my account had not shown a withdrawal. She was busy with some machine and asked to wait. She took too long, so I left. I drove around to the drive thru ATM and only 1 of the 2 machines were 'turned on' and that 1 machine was not able to dispense cash. All of this was very frustrating.This location has gone downhill. Only thing I can figure is this location has a new manager. Freaking terrible.

Yesterday I had a ridiculous experience at the Chase Bank on Garth and today I had the most awesome one! Armando Alaniz was so friendly and personable, professional and efficient. he made the process so easy. I highly recommend him if you need any kind of help with banking.

The second atm in the drive thru has been broken for at least 6 months. I don’t understand why it still hasn’t been fixed????Edit February 2022: today I went to get cash and there are NO ATMS AT ALL!!!! Did they get robbed??? No explanation!
