The main reason I am writing this review is due to one of the employees and I wish I could remember her name. But she was helping a customer and went as far as calling other Cavender's Boot City stores to help find the right size in the style the customer was looking for! In my opinion, that is great customer service and it's rare these days.

The manager at this place is a real piece of work. Came in for some pants and presented my work ID to get 10% off but she wouldn’t honour it because a $10 sale was going on pants. However the 10% discount was greater than the $10 on the original price and she was very rude about. Seems like she hates her job.

We went to Cavenders to get a hat. The Hat guy Brett was awesome. You can tell he enjoyed his job and knew what he was doing. I will be bringing him my other hat to reshape and clean. Thanks again Brett, you did a great job.

I came into the store to see if they had any wide calf boots in stock and try on if possible. I walked in, did a circle around the boots, saw to associates chatting and the end of the aisle and walked around some more. I walked close to the register, looking to ask the associate that was there earlier for help, but she wasn't. As I'm walking back to the boots, one the associates pasted me, did not greet me and kept walking to the register to help another customer. Needless to say, I walked out of the store without trying anything on or getting help. I should have gone to Boot Barn instead.

I always have problems finding my son jeans that fit with no rips or tears. We told the staff we were looking for size 32x38, with no rips, and within minutes, she found multiple pairs, under my budget. Staff was very helpful.

Nice store, bit pricey but good quality. Very friendly and attentive staff. Large selection of work clothes and casual wear. Haven't been there in a long time, but it was a nice experience. Will definatley return.

I asked for help selecting a gift of jewelry. I later discovered she was the manager, way too busy to assist me. She basically pointed me in the direction and continued to unpack inventory.
