Cato is a nice fashion store. They have regular and plus size clothing, shoes, jewelry and accessories. The clothing are vibrant colors and patterns. The staff is kind. Nice clothing for work and casual.

The new customer service is rude and disrespectful! I've been a customer for years with excellent customer service, until two new employees hired. I directed my concern to the manager, and the rudeness continued. I will not be back at this Catos location. I don't pay for bad customer service.
