Good shop, they have a wide selection of guns, tools, and household items at reasonable prices, they give good deals on your items when you want to pawn something. Alexis and Elizabeth are very helpful. I recommend you pick this store over the Mont Belvieu location.

I gave them a 5 star because all the associates and the manager are very welcoming, they treat you like family. They are always willing to help and The store is super clean and well organized. I love coming to this location because they always have good deals.

Just left cash America in Baytown TexasI really had a bad experience with this storeEvery item on the shelf was marked down $3 from its Original price. So I asked why that item wasn’t marked down , so for a quick answer the manager said she had just it down cause it was time according to the tag. So when I looked at the tag the normal mark down dates fell on the 15th to the 17th dates of the months. Then all off a sudden she remembered that the sound bar didn’t go have any cords or remote to it. We all know that no pawn shop would ever buy anything from anybody if they don’t know if it works. Guys and Lady’s please think twice before wanting to do business with people like this . Todays moneys are hard to come buy . Please spend your moneys wisely. ($3)????PS had to select at least one star to post this!

Don't ever put anything on layaway unless you know for a fact you are going to get it out on time and make payments on time. They advertise layaway and suggest you use it. BUT IF YOU MISS A PAYMENT. ⏩ YOU CANT PUT IT TOWARDS SOMETHING ELSE YOU LOSE IT ALL NO MATTER HOW MUCH MONEY IT IS $$$$⏪. Times are too hard to lose hard earned money ?. That's not a way to run a business. They didn't tell me if you don't make payments on time all your money is gone. Lesson learned never again.

We had put a gun on layaway here. Went in to pick it up and paper work was delayed. Payed all but Fifty rollers until it cleared. Check on it a couple of times. When it cleared no one had called to tell us it cleared. Went in to check and the gun had been sold to someone else. They refunded thirty-seven Dollars out two hundred paid. Will never do business with this store again. Recommend that that find some place else.

HELP IS NEEDED!!! BOUGHT A LAWN MOWER AND WOOD EDGER 'CASH' ($300.00) APPROXIMATELY THREE (3) WEEKS AGO, UPON PURCHASE I WAS TOLD BY THE REPRESENTATIVE THE REASON THE TWO EQUIPMENT WEREN'T STARTING, DUE TO GAS AND OIL AND SINCE, THEY DON'T HAVE SUCH SUPPLIES THE EQUIPMENT IS RETURNABLE. I WENT AND GET BOTH SUPPLIES AND FOUND OUT THE TWO (2) EQUIPMENT NOT WORKING.I IMMEDIATELY RETURNED IT, AND THE REPRESENTATIVE STATED SHE NEEDS AN OVERRIDE FROM COOPERATE, BUT AFTER STANDING THERE FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR I DECIDED TO CALL COOPERATE AND FOUND OUT THE REPRESENTATIVE LIED ACCORDING TO THE PERSON I SPOKE TO, RATHER COMMITTED A FALSE SALE, AND THE SUPERVISOR WILL BE IN CONTACT. AFTER A SERIES OF MESSAGES AND PHONE CALLS, FINALLY RETURN MY CALL APPROXIMATELY A WEEK LATER "NO RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE" AND THE REGIONAL MANAGER WILL BE IN CONTACT, SINCE I REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO HIM/HER. AS OF NOW NO MANAGER CONTACT ME OR A REFUND IS OFFERED.No one deserves this type of scam, please take your business elsewhere. (FRAUDSTERS, DECEPTIVE TATICS, FALSE SALES, AND REFUSING TO FOLLOW NORMAL STATE GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES.IT'S TIME TO PETITION THIS BUSINESS!!!If you don't have a testing site with necessary supplies, you should not be selling/ offering certain goods and services. Minorities doing businesses with you for a better living, not for you to swindle us, through high mark ups like new prices, taking our valuables and give us pennies, and pawn items have high interest rates, unable to have our valuables back.MOST IMPORTANTLY DON'T WANT TO GIVE BACK HARD EARN CASH ONCE IT WITHIN THEIR REACH. Went there today to get a gun out of layaway. The ladies were all nice until I said I wanted to get the gun out of layaway. They were lazy, trying to convince me not to get the gun out by saying “well you know it’s going to take a while.” The only thing that took forever was them doing paperwork because they kept messing up. While I was trying to pay, live roaches were on the counter. The store is very unclean, unorganized, and rude. I will never do business at this location unless I absolutely have to.
