After a nasty run in with a Hardy Toll Road chunk of road had lacerated my oil pan and damaged a few other components of my vehicle's undercarriage, Caliber Collision was able to make my car whole again. The car looks and runs better than before. Very thankful for the consistent communication with Nick and John throughout the process. Even with a few snags along the way, they were able to do the right thing for the customer. Very thankful!!

I took my 2022 F250 to Caliber for repair based on the reputation of the individuals there. Mike and Monica went over and beyond expectations to insure the communication was thorough as they repaired my vehicle. Their Aluminum welder did a fantastic job as well. I have looked several times and can not find his weld seams. Their painter also did a phenomenal job matching/blending with no orange peel present. Overall I highly recommend this shop.Services: Painting

We are temporarily working in the area and experienced an attempted theft that left multiple scars and cut wires. We are extremely pleased with the work Caliber did on our truck. Mike was absolutely amazing to work with. This was hands down the best communication and customer service we have had in a very long time. Considering the state of our world today and the inability to get parts in a timely manner, they went above and beyond to locate what we needed and finished the work on time! Great job! A+ body and paint work.

Everything from phone service to car service was spectacular at Caliber. My car was involved in a hit and run and this place was knowledgeable and helpful dealing with my insurance. Baytown's Caliber Collision has to be one of the best and friendliest places to get any repairs done at, their staff is extremely welcoming and helpful especially when it comes to handling all of the headaches that come along with any car accident repairs. I would like to specifically thank Nick, who was the service advisor in charge of my car's repairs. He was very patient and informative (as well as honest) regarding what the process for repairs and the timeline is going to look like and I genuinely appreciate that. Overall my experience was great and I will bring my next repair in to them because I know I will be in good hands!
