I went to the boost mobile store at 3634 Garth Rd in Baytown and was told I needed to upgrade my phone so I purchased a new G5 phone. I have had problems with it since day one. I had to keep returning to the store because I couldn't get service. The owner keep treating me like I was stupid but I kept going back to get it fixed,mind you I paid 150.00 for this phone. Never got anything done,he then informs me after over a month of going to him from day one to fix the problem that I would have to buy another phone. He told me he was smarter than me and I didn't know what I was doing. I know how to make a phone call. I still cant use the phone and he won't replace it. Don't waste your time more important your money at his store. He is located next to the donut wheel on Garth. He is very rude and only out to get your money

Mr Chris is a super nice guy. Very friendly and has this uncanny memory that remembers names and faces. Been 14 months since I have been in his store and he recalled with clarity our last visit. Recalled my son which he thought was my grandson . I am impressed by such marvels of memory! Multi tasking is his forte.
