They don't wash truck properly. They wash my truck and say ok good to go.but I came out ans see around thr truck.there are lot's of stain on the truck.so when you will come to wash the truck.after wash have a look

He assured me that his crew would do a good job and after checking with me during the wash and after the wash I have to agree that his crew did indeed do a good job. We get a few truck wash every month. I should've saved it. Anywhere else I have been truck like brand new again. Here not soo much. I'm sorry I tried to save myself the lines in Houston. Staff was Ultra pleasant, that's who the stars are for. My truck looks new on one side and like I been riding through a storm on the other. I really wish I can get my free truck wash back for the month!

The young people who work there don't pay attention to anything, they're just playing among themselves and distractedly they broke a window of my K/W Then the one who broke it remained silent because I saw it and realized and I made the claim.

Everyone here is always so nice. I come through once a week on my route and I try to stop here for a wash if I have time. They always do a great job, I never have any complaints. Night crews are the coolest, they seem to always be having fun.

Customer services is horrible. The inside counter person should be trained to greet customers, the guys was about to close my hood before even washing my engine. I would much rather go to a good Blue Beacon that’s 400 miles away before I touch that place again.

Night crew very slow always only have one bay open the whole night shift and will have like 6-7 employees in the parking lot smoking and on the phone.
Needs to do better. Only blue beacon that’s this unprofessional

Went through this afternoon for a wash(Trk.trailer,undercarriage,& engine wash) I was cautious reading the reviews. But I’d say they did a fantastic Job today. Not a spot missed & the guys kept walking around to make sure. I appreciate it!

40 foot motor home. Brush wash and tire dressing only. Great price and an excellent job. Everyone was very friendly and took care of their business. I will be back for sure.
