Birdsong's Pharmacy blows CVS and Walgreens out of the water and it's not even close.One of the biggest reasons? There's no corporate politics here using what should be genuine compassion and thoughtfulness as nothing more than a marketing strategy.I know this to be true because I've worked for over 12+ years in both of those places and eventually left both willingly because of greed-driven decisions being made by people that have never worked a day in a Pharmacy.What you see is what you get, and Birdsong's Pharmacy shows you what a Pharmacy is supposed to be and never should have stopped being.

The BEST pharmacy and staff I have EVER experienced! They even sent me a text on my birthday which is so kind and shows the genuine care they have for their customers. They always have all my medications I need and the best manufacturer brands. Thanks so much Birdsong Pharmacy and Staff!

My doctor called in some medicine for my child and myself. I've use this pharmacy twice but never again. Two things I don't like about it is, the first being the staff and that is the main reason I will not be using this pharmacy anymore. Patrick was nice and helpful but the heavy older hispanic lady with long hair is not at all friendly in fact she's extremely rude. And the caucasian lady doesn't have great customer service skills either. They leave you standing at the window without asking if you need help they just go about their business talking about non pharmacy topics while you just stand there. And the other is the only medication information you get is the sticker you get on your bottle. With other pharmacies you get a page with lots of helpful information. My husband has gone here a few times as well and they never seem to have his medication in stock. Definitely stick with the larger chain pharmacies.

JUST KNOW YES I DO RECOMMEND BIRDSONG THEY ARE GREAT HOWEVER during this time of having to stay quarinte quarinted and social distancing a pharmacy responsable for so many people's medications should be extremely transparent about hours and DAYS OF THE WEEK THEY ARE OPEN to LIMIT the amount of traveling to get medications filled. Absolute rudest pharmacy I've ever tried working with. Refuses to help their customers and also tries to hinder other pharmacies from working with their failed customer relations. Very sad indeed.
