I’ve been a Best Buy customer for years and this Best Buy in Baytown is the worst off all and I’ve even thinking about closing my Best Buy account and hope whoever is on management on this Best Buy in Baytown give me a call and fix my issue because none of their employees knows what they are doing at allBough a bunch of stuff on thanksgivingA fridge air pods stove tv washer and dryer I spent $3,500 totalWell all my stuff was supposed to be delivered right after thanksgivingI got everything delivered but the fridge and was told it was supposed to be delivered next weekI waited and waited and my fridge never was deliveredI get a phone call saying that the fridge is waiting to be delivered but need to pay for it because someone cancel the order I need to pay for need when it was already paid showing on my Best Buy accountWell I go by the store pay for it again and the guy tells me that the fridge is on back order when someone called me couple days before and told me the fridge was in the warehouse waiting for meOk I told him I wait for it he told me by Friday or next week and it was SundayI waited for Friday and no one called me and my fridge was never deliveredI call Sunday and no one knew anything about my fridgeI waited for another week Saturday I called again and whoever answer me told me the order was there but she didn’t know where my fridge wasI was on hold for like 30 minutes and she was never able to figure out where my fridge was at allI got tired and I told her cancel my order and she sent me an email confirming my cancellationA week later I receive the Best Buy card charging me for everything including the fridgeWhat is going on with this Best BuyDoes anyone that works there knows anything was going onI hope management call me and fix the issue

I have been trying to get in communication with someone that can help my case since September for a laptop I never received and yet they expect me to pay for. They have gave me no solutions besides telling me to contact law enforcement which makes no sense because what is the law enforcement going to do if nothing has been stolen since I have not received anything. They do not want to be held responsible and just have me going in circles and I always end up with the same answer. I’m to the point where I just decided to write bad reviews for every Best Buy hoping this will catch their attention and provide me a solution or some information. It is absurd they expect to pay over a thousand dollars and yet they refuse to even allow me to speak to someone higher than customer service. I have opened cases which they repeatedly stated they would update me through email and I have yet to receive an email. They have the correct email. I’ve checked my spam and it is not even there. They do not even care enough to update me - worst service I have received so this will be one of many bad reviews.

8:41 pm 12-18. Asked 2 employees in front of store to unlock case with m.2 2tb ssd. I waited over 30 minutes and Noone helped. The guy working the computer section was constantly with a customer but as soon as he wasn't he opened the case for me. Noone could help him??

Popped through this location about a week ago to buy a 65” television for a customer. Located product on my own, no assistance was around. Went to the front to ask for assistance to purchase, nice gentleman said he’d call someone.Went back, waited a reasonable amount of time.Said thank you again as I passed the front door guy.“No one came?”“No that’s OK. There’s another store along my path back home.”Store was not busy at the time, employees meandering around.
