Antoine the general manager had absolutely horrible customer service. We had an issue that was PNC banks fault and he was unwilling to work with us to help us withdraw our money. He tried to blame the problem on us and was dismissive and would not answer questions when asked.

Horrible HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Zero stars. Idk how this place is opened. The manager is so rude unprofessional and disrespectful. I’m sorry I tried to be understandable with him but he really doesn’t want to be helpful. Corp really needs to get this place together.

Simply trying to set up a simple savings account that I was told would take 30 minutes and after over one hour had not made any headway in doing so, had a new person who had no assistance and when it was brought to the managers attention he did not seem to care and never offered any type of apology or remedy I I’m trying to give them my money and it seems to be a burden for them. Then listening to the teller at the window I heard rudeness and her forgetting to return peoples drivers license on more than one occasion while sitting there, total joke before a bank!

Not great. It regularly takes about 25 minutes to get 40.00 in change for work, while being the only car here. Your job is to count money. It should not take this long.

Terrible service, the bank teller is always rude. They are understaffed and every time I visit this location there is an issue! Do yourself a favor and skip past this bank.

Horrible bank period! Understaffed, long waits, they won't let customers use the restrooms. It's not just this branch either. It's PNC bank period. I've had nothing but problems with the app and the web site. I've had to call customer service every month and waste 30min -1hr ever time! We paid our auto loan off today and I will NEVER use this bank for ANYTHING ever again. Even if the interest rate is lower it will be worth paying extra to finance through someone else. I've had multiple auto loans with multiple companies and this is BY FAR the worst one. If you choose them, GOOD freaking luck! Customer Service doesn't know what they are doing either! I was told to come to a banch to take care of something and after waiting almost an hour to talk to someone I was told they can't do that here and they don't know why CS told me to come to a branch. Just to be clear the CS rep and the loan specialist I spoke to were both very kind, professional and apologetic for all the issues so I don't blame them or am I mad at them. This is an issue with how PNC operates. So it's a corporate problem. Happy the loan is paid off. Good bye and good ridden.
