Favorite smoke shop in town by farrrr. I’ve never had a bad experience and I’ve been coming for ab two years now since I moved to Baytown. Very good prices too. ? Customer service is always 10/10 as well. <3

Don’t shop here they will rush you to buy and get mad when you don’t know exactly what you want you the employee was rude and shorty and used a racist slur against my girlfriend so don’t give your business to fat useless people

Kevin was the absolute best. I've been really down lately with relocating solo and I came in after having a horrible cry. My face was all fkd up from crying but Kevin was so patient and so nice with me once I told him I had been crying. Nice people really help me want to try harder to stay alive and fix my mental health. Thank you Kevin .

Used to love this place but I wont be going back. Its not like I expect a lot in regards to service at smoke shops but the younger guy that has been there last couple of times was unwilling to answer anything beyond reading the package and I received countless shrugs. Its work bud - could be worse. First I thought he could have had a bad day but after repeat trips its obvious he hates being there. So ya know what, i don't wanna be there either!

Great store with cheap stuff but the staff is rude, The only job you have is to conversate with people about a product and they act like they're too good to do that

Love the shop just have a little girl that has control issue...I don't need to feel like I doing something wrong or I am not important...see make me not want to shop there ...if she dosnt like her job she should find a new one ...

I was a loyal customer for years until I went in for a scale. I checked out but didn’t even make it to the car before I realized it was the wrong one. Immediately turned around to walk back in to exchange to the right one but they absolutely would not return it because of “covid” even though I was demanded to wear a mask. Definitely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

The most competitive prices (....on certain items anyway) out of at least 15 smoke shops I've been to personally, check them out! They also have unique items that you don't see anywhere else! ?

Every experience I’ve had there with the ginger guy, Chris I think, has been amazing. I only go in when he’s there. 10/10 customer service from that guy!!!
