This was a great experience my sales man was wonderful from the time I arrived, never left me wondering what was going on. Kept me very informed. Took a test drive and fell in love with my new truck. Great experience would recommend my friends and coworkers to this dealership and my sales representative

I hate doing to car dealerships. My husband insisted on going to Bravo Nissan (30 miles from home). I loved it! Mr. Fred and Ms. Chachere supercided my expectations. Thank you Bravo Nissan!

My family and I were congratulated for buying a car from this dealership yesterday after waiting over 3 hours for them to get the paperwork ready and “find our car” that we were supposed to be picking up today. We signed all the paperwork and they took our down payment only to call us this morning and tell us they’re going back on their word. They said they couldn’t get our car for us and would be refunding us the money. Do not visit this dealership unless you want to waste your time for people who can’t keep their word. Extremely disappointed and taking our business back to Mossy Nissan where we’ve never had a problem before.

This place is full of it I go there every time I need something done and it’s enough I have to wait 3-5 hours for a oil change but this time I waited around to see what was going on and it was a lot of playing what I have my LAST STRAW with this is they played so much and messed up my vehicle now nobody knows nothing I call and they hang up in my face and give me the run around the place was like a club when I was there I don’t know what they did recklessly driving ppls cars but my check engine like comes on and it jerks never had this problem till after that then a couple days later I loom on my dash and it says my oil level was low they didn’t tighten the filter and messed up now nobody wants to answer me Derwin count ur days u let this go on and lie too I watched wall eat and clown all day while fixing on my car eating chicken and bbq terrible experience only reason I gave him 5 starts the first time is because he told me if I give him 5 starts my next oil change would be on them so I did this is bad buissness

Dropped my truck off for warranty work. Left it at noon Wednesday and told them I would be back the following day. This was scheduled weeks in advance. They never even touched my truck. 24 hours and they couldn’t get to it. This place is a joke. Warranty work is not a free service that they’re giving me as a courtesy. They sold me a truck with a defect and they’re required to fix it. I won’t take my truck back there. I imagine the sales department is just as reliable as the service.

2000 miles after I had my oil changed at Baytown Nissan my transmission started sounding funny so I checked the fluid and there was no transmission fluid at all.
I had no leak so I called the service department and asked if they check the transmission fluid level during an oil change and they said yes.
So I had them change the oil again because it was dark already after only 2000 miles and they recommend I change out the transmission fluid.
So $185 later I have transmission fluid in my car and the level has not dropped again so I don’t know where the transmission fluid went as I do not have a leak and why they didn’t tell me I had a low level 2000 miles earlier when they changed my oil

Went in for oil change that went up from $80 to $100 plus tax. I waited over two hours and when my vehicle was finally ready, I had to wait an extra 30 minutes for my advisor to get me the paper work to pay for the oil change. Total wait time on a Thursday morning, 3rd person in line is unacceptable.

Tiffany went out of her way to take care of us after the sale by driving to my home, picking up our new vehicle, and bringing it back afterwards when the Low-jack and front windows needed to be tinted and we were having problems scheduling the work. There were a few other issues when we were negotiating price and availability but I felt she and her co-workers made them right. Erin is a new salesperson there who stuck with us through the whole sale without applying too much pressure. I will probably use them again in Feb when I buy my new truck replacement. Rob,sales manager got us a reasonable amount for our trade-ins, and the evaluation was fair. Efran, the finance guy was awesome with shortening the normally long long financing process then helped us with a good extended warranty. My experience was very positive with Bravo Nissan.

Bought my 2019 Altima in January and was promised my first few oil changes were complimentary. Got my first in May with no issues. Came in today to receive my second and apparently the dealership is no longer Baytown Nissan but Bravo Nissan. So whatever was in the system they had in May is no longer in today (August). Was informed that I had to call Central
Nissan for copies of the agreement i signed in Jan bc my complimentary oil changes werent put into the notes. Very disappointed bc i had no idea that Baytown was sold and my original agreement wouldnt be honored bc SOMEONE didnt do their due diligence and put it in my notes. Still a great dealership but i feel majorly inconvenienced bc i drove 30min to the dealership for nothing. Especially when that was one of the reasons why i bought my car from Baytown was the complimentary oil changes and lifetime car wash

BAIT & SWITCH. They do not have the inventory that is posted on the website. I found a car, pre-qualified at the listed price point for a car on the showroom floor. Not only was it not there but out of a dozen models listed on their website at or under that price. I was told THEY HAD SEVERAL, BUT NONE AT THAT PRICE. A waste of my time. AND BE AWARE. After you show interest they will text you, call you, & email several times ... confirming the car is still there... wake you up in the morning to schedule an appointment. And, AFTER YOU LEAVE AND GET HOME.... you will get ANOTHER CALL that they found what you were asking for. Never again for me. I pulled 20% down out of my bank. We never got that far to discuss down payment.
