Out of town worker here. Needed a screen replacement for my iPad with a quick turnaround. First place wanted 250 bucks and over 24hrs to turn it around. CPR was a mile down the road and did it for less than $150 and in less than 2 hours. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Excellent prompt service. Very friendly and professional front desk assistant and technician. The turn around time to get my computer repaired was unbelievably fast. The job was well done; the price was very reasonable. I would overwhelming recommend this company's service.

Patrick! He told me a price and when I got to the store it was different. I saw him again he helped me fix the price. Amazing personality, the repair was fast and cheaper than other places. Definitely coming back if I have problems again.

I have been coming here since like 2018, maybe, I can’t remember haha but the point is, I keep coming back! I will always recommend this place for any type of repairs. A good price and they never take longer than 45 minutes to make my phone look and work right! They do have warranty on their screen repairs as long as the screen isn’t broken, which they have acknowledged for me before. Patrick is the best and the rest of the team as well! I am sharing before and after photos of my phone repair from January this year. Thank y’all very much!
Also, I’m glad y’all defend yourselves by replying to the bad reviews because i promise those bad reviews are just haters and don’t have all the information correct.

Because my kids are so hard on their iPads I have had the pleasure of working with CPR several times. They are friendly, affordable, and most of all QUICK! Very responsive. Bringing my laptop in next.

The replacement of my battery ( NOTE 20 ), was very expedient. I ordered it on a Monday and the work was completed on Wednesday. I would certainly recommend CPR for a quick repair.

I had a great experience here last night. After being turned away for my pre-set appointment at the Fairmont location because they were ready to leave for the day, I was on the phone with T-mobile trying to get my repair transferred to another store for almost an hour. I finally got connected with CPR repair in Baytown. Lawrence was so nice on the phone, and told me to come in even though by the time I got there they’d be close to closing. Two women walked in right before me, so he could have just told me to come back tomorrow, and it would have been no problem. We ran into an issue with my settings, and he patiently waited for me to get it sorted out( I'm so sorry!! - I know it must have been annoying), and he repaired my phone screen quickly, staying after hours to do so. He wouldn't even accept a tip from me, and he was just so nice.( So was the woman working at the front desk!) I don't usually leave reviews, but Lawrence was the best, and made my day!! ☺️☺️
