We are new clients of Baytown Animal Hospital and after our first visit I am so pleased to have chosen their practice for our dog Bugg. Cat Beasley was the kind and knowledgeable tech who made our little man feel safe and secure. The clinic offers the Petly plan and we joined immediately. Our thanks to Dr. Schumacher and her staff... I had a pretty scary event with my male cat recently. Within a week he had been to three different vet offices with no improvement. I decide to just test out BAH and we finally got the answers and treatment we had been searching for. This was my first time there and I loved it- so did my cat. A week later I had a very scary episode with my dog. When things took a turn for the worst, I immediately took him to BAH instead of his regular vet because I knew they would take care of him better than anyone else he has seen previously. He stayed the night and I was so pleased with how everything was handled. He was back to his normal self by the time I picked him up the following day. I thought he was on his deathbed. I was sobbing in front of these poor employees having a panic attack because I really thought he was probably going to die. They were so understanding. I will never take my animals anywhere else.

I'm working here from out of state. 5x the price for same services than my local vet. Taking advantage of people bc they know their animals are family. Sad!!

Dr. Glass and staff are amazing when treating our boy, Thor!! We are new to the clinic and they remembered small details about his health even though he had only been there once before!! They treat us like family and they means everything to us!!

I just adopted a new pet and they came with a free checkup at this vet. So just to check her out we made the appointment and went. The staff was very friendly and nice however my only issue is that they just do what they want. They went down a list of tests that cost me additionally and I said that was something I would eventually do and think about. They leave with my pet and come back and they've run all those tests. Now I am thankful they did and caught something important but still would have been nice to at least know it was happening. I was blindsided by the cost that I paid because well it's done. I've never had a vet do something so shady.

Nice amazing team.but they have yet to call us for our appointment. We were a walk in. After saying that they would. Angel has still not be seen by this clinic, because he was a homeless man's dog and I did not want to claim him as my property. I just wanted to pay the vet bill.

I would give them more stars of I could. I had a litter of puppies that ended upgetting sick, I called them as soon as they opened told them what was happening and they took me in immediately. Unfortunately when doing the testing it came back as positive for parvo. Two of them stayed to be hospitalized over night while the others came home to be treated. Definitely a very hard time. Unfortunately with how bad parvo can be only one survived. But without Baytown hospital Tova would not be here with me today and she is thriving. I am forever greatful and will always recommend this place when people ask for a vet office.
