Took my older Ram 1500 in for a routine oil change yesterday. All was well until about half way home on the freeway (I-10) when I noticed my hood was "fluttering" up and down because it wasn't properly latched. I was able to quickly pull over under an overpass and close the hood all the way. Thankfully traffic wasn't moving very fast (40-50 mph) because of rain or this could have gone horribly wrong. Next time I know to check before leaving!
I have tried reaching out to the service advisor via text message, but then got a pointless auto-response:
"Thanks for choosing Bayshore CDJR. Could you take 30 seconds to leave us feedback using the link below? Or text us if there is anything else we can help you with."
Why tell me to text if there's not going to be a response??? This is why the 3 stars.

Mark T at the service area helped me out with the oil change along with other recalls that my car needed. Thanks to him I also received a great discount and the service was quick. Thanks Mark!

I cannot say enough how pleasantly surprised and pleased I was with the service that I received at Bayshore Ram. I looked for several days for a part for my 2022 Ram limited and nobody could help me from three dealers in Texas and one in California. I came to this dealership to the parts department and talked with Sam. I gave her the part number and as she looked it up immediately told me that she could have it here within 3 hours! That goes to show you the knowledge and professionalism that this parts department and person has! And when I talk to Mark in service and told him my situation, he told me he could have the part installed tomorrow and it would be ready by the end of the day. Not only was it done before the end of the day, it was done by 10:30 a.m.! Talk about outstanding customer service and professionalism. Better than any dealership I've ever dealt with in my life. And I have bought several vehicles all around. They then provided not only a ride home for me by their shuttle service on thursday, but picked me up Friday morning to take me to the dealer and pick up my truck. The person that worked the shuttle was Sasha. She was very pleasant, professional, and kept the high standards that I have only received from Bayshore Ram. Thank you folks once again for this opportunity and this privilege to deal with all three of you.!

We were looking for a particular Jeep Rubicon, a new Jeep customer and Raul and Yasmine spent hours with us answering questions and such. We wanted to thank them and the entire facility for an easy buying experience and for never getting frustrated with us. They are the best.

I used to work for this place for over 3 Years , I went about reporting a problem I had with a Manager to John Addison about Marc Reed , they went ahead and let me go after reporting the incident. I regret giving them 3 years of my time and I apologize to all loyal customers I had but I am no longer employed here, not by my decision.

Now my warranty want cover the radiator because it was damaged.. thanks to Crossroads Dodge in Liberty for helping use get our car fixed

There was a secluded waiting area in the Parts and Service Department across the walkway from what I’m guessing is the one that most people should be using.
I’m not sure if I was supposed to be there but no one said anything to me while I waited for my friend to finish some important business that he went there to do.
It’s a courteous gesture when dealerships give free coffee and bottled water.; great customer service.
Vending machines are something that I don’t see too much of anymore so it’s always an excitement for me to stare through the glass and see all the options that I can select.

I had the pleasure of doing business with salesman Mark Lunsford. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle completely on my own and I was nervous going in. However, after being completely honest about my budget and questions he was extremely helpful. I appreciate how easy he made this process for me despite me not having the best credit. This dealership gave me a great value for my trade in as well. Mark worked alongside the finance manager as much as he could to lower my monthly payments. The entire process was quick, painless, and no pressure. I’m thankful for the kindness both Mark and the Finance Manger, Jason, showed me.

Took my truck to get my oil filter changed . It's a dealership you would expect them to know what they are doing . I leave thinking everything is ok . Later on that day my dash says oil level low . I'm thinking no can't be right I just had the oil changed. Next day I get a phone call as I am going to Mississippi saying the Tech didn't fill up the oil in my truck. I stop at an O'Reilly's wait a bit and check my oil level only to see there isn't anything on my dipstick . My wife calls the manager. He tells her all good things but when I get there they act like it was nothing. I seriously could have blown out the motor left without a work vehicle to make money. I get there so they can do what I paid for . All he offered was a free oil change next time . How can I trust it won't happen again. I left honestly upset at the fact that the manager Jose Boscan the service driver manager made excuses and acted like it was nothing. I was expecting them to at least act like they wanted to keep me as a customer. I will never again be trusting them with my truck . ??
