I've used this storage for not even 6 months. All my clothes, beds, kid toys, chemicals, furniture, and appliances were all ate up by ?. I had to throw everything away and start from cratch. Then the manager puts a lock on my storage as I'm throwing all my stuff away. Do Not Come Here Please!! $50 a month is not worth it!!

Over 100 cats in the back due to Paul's daughter steph and cara who scrap a have set up a drug dealer in the very back of property...lots of late night traffic due to the amount of dope done on property Units broken into, not to mention stuff stolen from the house rented out in front... the owners wife patti is a drunk and the owner Paul a pot head, if you miss a payment beware you will get over locked but with the possibility your lock getting cut and the owner and wife rummaging through and taking what they want...good built storages, sad that the parents left it to Paul and his wife...

I’d just like to commend this company for their amazing customer service. Their staff is very friendly and helpful whenever I call or email. And they go to great lengths to provide an amazing service, while still taking very good care of their customers like me. I wish there were more companies like them that provide awesome value and superb customer service. Kudos!

I'm not one to leave reviews. But in this case,Barnett Storage Company definitely deserves a positive review for their commitment to extraordinary customer service. When I call in, no matter who I speak with, they are always courtesy and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure my questions are answered. But what I love most is just how they make me feel. They really make me feel important, that my business means something and is special to them. There aren't many companies out there that do this anymore, and I highly recommend them to my friends and family.
