“Great bank so far I just got it I been trying to get a actually Bank account for the last 4 months and I seen it via a add in the process of looking up banks and I just gave it a try being that it was in Texas and it was a smooth sign up and once I was approved I went in made a deposit and received my card in that same process,They actually physical bank is very warming clean and it's refrements to drink while waiting either soda or coffee and there are blow pops...”
“Love woodfoest bank but this branch is trash. Manager is the only problem I've had a few times. Forces you to use machine instead of just helping me. My customers are always different and machine takes a week to clear. Her attitude is just as bad to boot. If you need to deposit a check, steer clear. EDIT: the head manager reached out to me and had a good talk with me after I left the review and assured me this would not happen again as she will handle with this employee. Very professional and gave me her personal number if anything like this were to happen again there.”
