2:35pm- Thursday7 people behind me, 1 in front.1 person in the “Business Clients” line.1 Representative getting everyone in the “Business Clients” window. Have seen 2 people show up by the windows ocasionally, but not to help with the line at all.4 people sitting in the waiting area waiting to see a “Banker.”“Manager” aware of the line, but uncompetitive to do anything.Sucks at Customer Service. Another Customer Asked if there was anything that could be done to make this go faster and she said “No!”Got in this line at 2:10pm.

I wish I could give this place no stars but i have to put one to write a review but I went here to withdraw some money out of my account while waiting on the actual card in the mail and i could not verify my phone number with them. Anyway i got there and they basically said i needed google pay after but my phone is not advanced and i couldn't use that either. I left with desperation because it seemed like they didn't want to genuinely help me so i left to the one of edgebrook and tried the same and I was out of there with my money. Even the manager at the one on edgebrook helped me get my money after wasting time at this one in Baytown. Avoid this place. These people seem either clueless or ignorant.

Horrible customer service. Staff is rude for no reason. There's 1 teller for 15 people in line. Took me at least 30-45 minutes to finally deposit some cash.

Waste of time to try and open an account. Sat there for over 30 min, workers are not attentive with arriving clients, no one asked us what we were there for or much less tried to sign us in, ended up leaving for a better bank.

Came here today expecting the worst due to one star reviews but everything was good. Friendly staff from the time you walk in. I even saw staff interacting with children, rarities these days. Everything was quick and good. I didn't see any issues and suggest to give them a try at least once.
