I was served by Nathan at this store yesterday. I had a lot of Toyota Tundra items I needed help with. Nathen was patient and was eager to help me with all that. As I walked the store to see if I was forgetting anything, he smartly rang another customer up so customers didn’t stack up and then he rang my stuff up and even helped me take the stuff out to my truck. It was service with a smile from him. It’s getting harder and harder to find folks around his age to deliver great customer service to folks but he excelled at it. Totally worth taking the time to give him the praise he deserves! In this forum! Wade

May 19 2024. I am 69 years old and COPD /emphysema I was on my way out of town and it was time for my breathing treatment. I had an inverter to connect up to my car but apparently it had stopped working it was getting harder for me to breathe and I started wheezing. I stopped at auto zone hwy 146 Baytown Texas, went inside looked for another inverter went to counter told Kelly what i needed it for, after she knew a out my breathing she automatically knew what to do, this woman Kelly is a Blessing, she helped me get exactly what i needed she was very concerned with my breathing to make sure the equipment I purchased worked correctly, sge told me to sit right here in my car and to take my treatment i needed to take. She would look out the window to make sure I was ok. Finally on my way out of town and can breathe again. Kelly you were my Angel, you came to my rescue. God Bless You, thank you so much for helping me.

Autozone has done it again!! Baytown Autozone on 146 is freaking awesome. I went in and asked Kellie if she could put my daughter’s car on her computer and asked what sensor she needed. Kellie has helped me twice now. She seems like she tries so hard to make sure the part is correct!! I appreciate you Kellie. Thank u for being so awesome. Oreilly is closer to me and I pass them up every time!!!??

Been an Autozone customer for almost 30 years...it's been a great experience for me
Debbie at the store I frequent (on hwy 146 in baytown)has made my experience better than I could ask for. She's always attentive to what I need and goes out of her way to make the transaction favorable. Ricardo, Luis, Kelly and Jeremy also help make it a great place. I won't do business anywhere else!!!
