Exceptional Service at AutoZone - A Shout-out to Dwayne, Nate, and Dawson!
I recently had an outstanding experience at AutoZone, and I want to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the store manager, Dwayne, as well as his incredible employees, Nate and Dawson. Their dedication and willingness to go above and beyond left a lasting impression on me.
During my visit, I found myself in a bit of a bind, needing assistance but not making a purchase that day. Despite this, Dwayne, Nate, and Dawson treated me with the utmost respect and kindness, making me feel like a valued customer regardless of whether or not I was making a transaction.
Dwayne, the store manager, truly went above and beyond to help me out. His knowledge and expertise were impressive, and he took the time to understand my needs and find the best possible solution. His commitment to customer service was evident in the way he handled my situation, providing me with valuable advice and guidance.
Nate and Dawson, the two employees at AutoZone, were equally amazing. They were attentive, friendly, and eager to assist me. They demonstrated a deep understanding of the products and were able to answer all of my questions with confidence. Their enthusiasm and willingness to help were truly commendable.
Collectively, Dwayne, Nate, and Dawson played a significant role in ensuring that I left AutoZone feeling satisfied and confident. As a vehicle owner who frequently works on my old truck and requires parts regularly, I can confidently say that AutoZone has earned my business for the long haul.

Was trying to do an oil change on my car so I came up here at 8am, 30 minutes past opening time to a closed store. Very unprofessional. Autozone in Garth by chick til a was opened and got me in and out. Never had a bad experience at autozone except for this one.

Bad customer service
I went in to get my checked engine light checked and Adrian and Xavier snickered and laughed when I was unable to answer questions about my car. Being a woman I felt discriminated and frustrated because I just wanted some help. It’s very sad to experience this type of treatment/behavior from staff who should have a different approach to these types of situations.
