Iv been doing business with Anchor Printing for years. They’ve always taken great care of of me and been very helpful. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs items like business cards, business forms, shirts and hats etc.

Poor customer service. This was displayed on two orders, after placing orders,I had to initiate emails and calls to a customer service agent (Vicki Bernal) who was totally aloof as to the order/s that she herself had taken. On the second order, which I placed on 5/12/20 and after getting zero correspondence, I called on 6/14/20 only to have me again walk the CSR (Vicki Bernal) thru the order and her oblivious to the status. She then assured me that she can provide a quote on part of the order that should have been provided shortly after 5/12/20. I receive zero response until I call back on 6/25/20 to cancel my entire order that I have not yet to that date received a quote for. After hanging up, I receive a somewhat condescending apologetic email (with a quote) with an assurance that the owner that I asked to speak to would get in contact with me. As of this writing, no contact has been established. This is despite me going in there 6/26/20 to pick up the sample merchandise that I was wanting them to replicate. Under no circumstance will I do business with Anchor Printing with Vicki Bernal as a representative. My order/s were small, if this was not typically the work orders they were used to, I could have been told that and explored other options, but the scant disregard......that was appalling. As a small business owner, this has been my worst experience with any form of a provider. I cannot, in good faith, recommend Anchor Printing. It must be known that I reached out to a provider in NORTH DAKOTA on 6/12/20, placed an order and had delivery to Mt. Belvieu Tx. on 6/19/20. I had to go out of town and state to receive service, reliable service.

I've been using Anchor printing for many many baseball seasons....Pennants always turnout AMAZING ,and the ladies that work the front are always so nice.....DEFINITELY RECOMEND them!!!!

I've been going here for the last couple of months for shirts,banners and buisness cards. They are very easy to work with and they are fast with there production. The ladies in the office and John who does all the graphic designs are amazing very pleased with how everything comes out and with there customer service. I'm forever a client with them. Thank yall for all you do keep up the great work.

I’ve been dealing with the Anchor crew for years. They are very responsive to my inquiries and requests and deliver my vinyl stickers in a timely fashion.
