They close early if no one is in line. This has happened before, but today I pulled in two minutes until 6pm with an emergency. Just as I drove towards the last lane open, the sign changed from "open" to "closed". They still had one blind halfway up and pulled it down right in front of me so I know they saw me. I verified the time with my cell phone and sat in the parking lot in disbelief.Amegy Motorbank, if your hours are until 6pm and I am trusting you with my money, I expect you to be open until 6pm. But today you had all lanes closed, all canisters retrieved, and all blinds but one pulled down by 5:58pm. I am sure those two minutes didn't mean a whole lot to you but they sure did to me.

Change your sign that states you open at 07:30 a.m. This caused a lot of confusion and problems for me today. I've been an Amegy member for over 10 years. So please fix your sign.

had to go pick up a check from my fiancé that could not be deposited into my account. Which was completely fine. When i asked a simple question to the supervisor Nicole she was extremely rude to me and hung up the answering service. Why be in a manager position if you cannot be polite to your customers. Will close my account and bank with a new bank after this.
