Nicki and her girls are super good and do it pretty fast, whether it be braids or twists, but dang I was IMPRESSED BY THEIR WRK, on my 2 boys hair....And Nicci is So Kool, and Makes you feel comfortable and welcomed....Wish they'd hurry up and reopen;)!

Went there for hair coloring because of the good reviews seen here. I'd called twice to get an appointment. No one picked up. Left a voice mail the first time, didn't get a call back. Didn't get an option to leave voice mail the second time for whatever reason. So decided to walk in and see if I can get the hair colored. When I stepped in, I was asked if I have an appointment and the stylist mentioned that she works only with appointments. I mentioned that I called to get an appointment but didn't get one. She asked if I called the right number and I said I called the number I saw in Google. All good so far, then she asks me while taking a sip from her drink, "Do you just like to walk in and not take an appointment?" Why should that question be asked to someone who already said they tried to take an appointment? It completely threw me off. She gave me her business card later. I just stood there with my phone, looking at her website. I was very uncomfortable already due to how rude she was. Some of her clients were nice and told me about her booking app. I've never been to this salon before and I totally understand why she is not able to accommodate me today ( She mentioned that she is the only hair dresser). I can tell that she is good at her job looking at the client she was working on but she needs to learn how to respect people, especially her first time customers. I didn't book an appointment, just walked out.

Nicci is hands down the absolute best!! I've been natural for 6 and a half years. I've been wanting to go back to the creamy crack ((relaxer)) for a long time now. I'm so so happy with the results. The atmosphere was great. The vibes were on point. The space was just down right comfortable. I feel like a superstar. I couldn't stop smiling. I'm still smiling. I showed my fiance and he said it's absolutely amazing. Thank you so much Nicci I wish I would've went on and made this decision years ago. Back to my healthy hair lifestyle
