I've needed to submit my review for AAY for quite sometime now. AAY is my go-to for all things! I can't help but share my wonderful experiences! First of all, I love the history of All About You, dating back to 2006. It's amazing to see how you've evolved over the years from a gift store into a "one stop shop." The variety of products you offer is incredible, from stylish women's apparel to home decor, and even a men's section for the guys! Plus, your furniture and home goods selection is fantastic.What sets All About You apart is the genuine warmth and love that radiates throughout the store. The mission to show the love of Jesus to the world is so heartwarming, and it truly comes through in the customer experience. I went in there today. There were a bunch of young girls working. I was in there for at least an hour and not one person greeted me or asked if I needed help with anything! I went to check out and still was not asked if I had help or if I found what I was looking for. . . Just took my payment and bagged my purchase and handed it to me. Besides half a shirt costing $80.00 they have poor customer service!

I have mixed feelings about this review. I love the products in the store and the wide range of clothes is amazing! I do wish it did not feel so crammed in the store. But what makes this review less than 5 stars is that the staff is hit or miss. Some of the ladies are extremely nice and helpful! While others are standoffish and rude. Last time I checked out it seemed that I was bothering the employee when I checked out. It just makes me think twice about stopping in!

Just left All About You after without making a purchase (again). Stood in front of the counter with my items in hand and could not get any of the three ladies working there to help me. One was wrapping a gift (so she's off the hook), one of the others was floating around behind the counter not doing much of anything and the third was on the floor near the checkout area (not sure what she was doing). By the time the young lady behind the counter acknowledged my existence she had folded some bags to put merchandise in, talked to the floater on the floor and did various other things which had nothing to do with asking me if I was ready to check out. This is disappointing as this is the second time this has happened. I doubt I will give them an opportunity to do this to me a third time.
