I’ve been coming to this place for years love it. But today it was terrible service by Wendy. From the moment the pedicure began she kept complaining and made me feel so uncomfortable. She was super rushed. I got #2 pedicure which included hot rocks massage. Usually they rub the rocks or let them cool off before massaging. She didn’t, she burned my leg! She tried to tell me it was from shaving! After the incident she was trying to be friendly. Don’t let Wendy do your nails/pedicure! Ask for Jacob he is always nice or anyone else.

I usually come here because it’s so close to my home but every single time I go there they change the price for shellac nails it’s $37 one day $55 and even $68 last time VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I just had my nails done at 6:30pm left and was back by 6:55 ALL of my nails are peeling, which this isnt the first time!!! And they tell me the person who done them is gone for the day, come back tomorrow! So out of the 10+ workers that were still there NO ONE tried to fix it im guessing because it was almost 7pm closing time!! Mind you Ive been a loyal customer for 7+ YEARS!!! I wish I could post pictures!

Ray does pretty good eyebrows. Only drawback is that every time I come here I’ve had to wait 15-30 mins for them to complete a pedicure on another customer. I could definitely be out of there a lot sooner since my wax takes less than 2 mins.
