They never emailed me the documents but they sure did charge me. Every time you call you never get in touch with the same person. Feels like a scam it's been weeks and I don't know how to get in touch with anyone here I call them and goes to some kind of voicemail and it sends you to somebody else every time then no one knows anything about you every time you speak to an agent and they put you on hold and then forget to email you the thing that promise to email you so I still don't have insurance even though they took my money. Can someone from the office please email me the documents so I can have insurance already like or give me a refund.

I got a quote and insurance from one lady, sent her all the info she asked for, took my money then then changed my price, I still payed the higher price, then a whole different person sent a letter after taking my payment saying cancellation for my previous insurance not being acceptible after the other agent accepted it, so had to scramble quickly for new insurance after aying all that money for Amax, so I hope they refund for the time I payed, I was just confused and lost to be cancelled for something like that, seems somebody dropped the ball and used me as an scape goat, especially when I sent what was asked for

It was very busy when we walked in to find auto insurance. But the attention they gave every customer was great. My agent vanessa was a star, even dealing with less than patient customers. I would recommend them to anyone looking for insurance.Great job ladies.
