Horrible horrible horrible business! Do not patronize. I needed a nail fixed and polish change before a dinner and they flat out refused and it was not closing time. I couldn't believe the "older gentleman" at the front just turned me away with a shake off his head and shoo of his hand! Had the service been better I would have gone back when I had more time for full set/pedi etc. because this place is close to my home. Despicable!

I wish I didnt have to give any stars for the treatment I received yesterday. First I would like to start off with I wasnt greeted when I walked in or even after I said hello. They had only one person that both of them was working on. After patiently waiting for 5min the lady finally acknowledged me and asked what I wanted. I stated a full set but I needed nails removed. She then proceeded to talk to the man in their language. He turns around and tells me they dont do long nails. First of all the nails I had on wasnt even long and secondly why would you think I want them long anyway. I left but I did feel a certain way they need to treat individuals better than how I was treated yesterday.

I'm not sure why nail shops get so upset when you ask them can they fix your nails. I showed her a picture of "cat eye" and got something completely different. If you don't know how to do something, I'd rather you just tell me that, than to make my nails look like this and get mad at me for wanting it re-done. The silver nail is my problem. $70 later and I'm stuck wearing this for 2 weeks or go to another shop to get nail nails fixed.
