I hate having to give negative reviews but this one could not slide. The coolers in the store are completly empty, like patheticly empty. Since they did not have the drink I wanted I proceed to try and get some taco's since 7-11/Laredo usually has really good tacos. Tehe cook despite having everything on the steam table says very rudely " Its gonna be awhile I still have stuff to do". With my understanding now that I will not have breakfast from here this morning I try and get gas and behold THEIR GAS PUMPS are not working!!! I have had bad times at this store before but this one takes the cake. I will not be going back to this location.

You should train your employees how to use the lotto machine. It's not that hard. I had 3 lotto tickets that each won another lotto ticket, all the clerk had to do was scan the ticket and give me the free ticket and it ate his lunch. I only got 1 of the 3 and guess he kept the other 2 free tickets. I felt sorry for the clerk not knowing how to do his job because he was never trained or just slow ?

This 7-11 is very unsanitary the condiment stations and the hot ovens are so dirty with burnt food in them like they been in the hot ovens for days. They need to hire people that will keep up with all the cleaning and maintaining everything looking nice and clean. I went into this store a week after it was opened and it was already dirty and unorganized.

Waited at the register to get rung up. No one came to help. Didn’t even look like there was any staff there. Just ended up leaving after a while. Always a bad experience at this place

This the 2nd time I stopped at this 2yr 7-Eleven and still they can clean their glass doors & restrooms or even keep it stocked with soap. Even told the manager and saying you can get soap from the dollar store till supplies came in. Your employee are supposed to wash their hands with what? I wouldn't get food from there.?
