This post office is an absolute joke! If you live in an apartment complex, GOOD LUCK! I’ve been way too nice every time I’ve had an issue and it’s gotten me nothing but more lost packages and lost money! USPS has cost me over $200 in the last 2 months due to mysteriously “lost” packages or delivering them to the completely wrong apartment! Finally thought we had the issue straightened out, got my mail correctly for all of about 2 weeks and here we go again! They have lost/misdelivered a total of SIX packages of mine over the last month or 2, and have absolutely nothing to reimburse me except tell me to contact the seller/shipper! This is getting RIDICULOUS!!

The mail and package delivery is really bad. These carriers would never survive the weather up North! They can’t deliver if it rains or a tiny skiff of snow. The carriers always say your package was delivered but it’s not there, they act like they will melt in the rain. Sorry post office should be closed!

Made an online appointment for passport applications on 3/13/25. Received a phone call to confirm my appointment at 1pm the next day. Everything went smoothly. The gentleman who took our applications was very polite, courteous and helpful even though he had processed 4 applications before us. I was worried we would have to wait longer than our 1pm appointment, but he was on it!! He started us at 1 and we got out of there in 20 minutes. Thank you!!! I could hear the other lady working and waiting on customers being very polite and greeting people as they came in!

Need to start hiring people who deliver to the right address I'm missing 2 out of 3 of my packages I found 1 but other 2 I don't know who has them or if I will ever get them I spend way to much for my stuff to be delivered to crooks

I have had various issues with this post office in the past, but I am at my limit now that I need a change of address.Ms. King has been short, unapologetic, and frankly rude to me, and when I file a complaint and asked to be written an email back, I always get a phone call when I'm unavailable. She has even closed out my service complaint before I ever got to respond to her voicemail. It's been 2 weeks and 3 formal complaints since I have asked my mail to be forwarded to my new address and it's still going to my old house.I've also had a sliced open bank statement delivered to me, and it seems like I'm not the only one who doesn't get mail picked up from their mailbox to get sent out. None of those issues were ever remediated.I have been acquainted with Mr. Tony recently and agree he is kind and helpful.
