I find this park very quiet. The residents here are very friendly and also helpful. Anytime there is a problem with anything management has taken care of it in a very timely manner. Pet friendly and lots of space for walking them.

I've only visited people here a few times over the years. While I know the people that opened it years ago, I've never met the current owners. That being said, it isn't the nicest in town but it is definitely the only one within walking distance of just about everywhere in town

My husband has been here since November. Great rates, extremely polite, and they do enforce quiet times! Aside from the train, the only issue we have encountered is wifi failure occasionally, but it doesn't affect the stay or property! The gate is a major plus as it is added protection for our RV, his truck and our kids when we come to visit! As I stated prior, aside from the train horn, its a quiet little RV park and my husband has enjoyed it and the kids and I enjoy it when we come down!

Gated which is nice, has some parking spots that have trees and is shaded. Laundry mat needed some care day I visited. Good location. Overall okay, but not the Oasis you would expect by the name. Found no attendee on duty. No one answerd when I called number posted at office.

Let me just start off by saying I had somewhat high hopes about this place... I have rented the main home on the their property for almost a year now... My impression of the management and owner has declined since I moved in. I would be lying if I said that there wasn't a laundry list of issues with this property - faulty water lines, power wanes if there is a strong storm, various Rodentia (field mice) throughout several of their rental homes and trailers - the list goes on. I have had a dishwasher, vent hood and oven that has never worked- and will not be repaired by the MGMT; I also had mold issues because the builders did not seal my bathroom properly. When I ask the owner about a timeline for repairs- Paras always differs me to his property manager. Furthermore, the Property Manager's response is "Just move, if you don't like it". Recently, they have began to let tenants into their rental properties who perpetually smoke cigarettes and other harmful substances - substances to which others breathe second-hand. Now I am being evicted because I speak out against not wanting to breathe smoke.. Oh yeah.. I also pay 1100$ a month to breathe that smoke and deal with substandard management. ANY ONE TRYING TO GAIN PROPERTY HERE BEWARE!

Worst rv park I have ever been in.. owner is very disrespectful and doesn’t know how to take responsibility for his actions ,he kicked us out for no reason we were having trouble with the electricity post it was not working even the manager knew and admitted it wasn’t working but he didn’t want to take responsibility then told us our rv was the one that burned it and that we had to pay $300 for it .how is that possible ? I don’t know but whatever we are never returning there again do not recommend

We evacuated for hurricane Laura. Leaving in a hurry and hauling an rv can be very stressful but the owner was very kind and hospitable, which made booking the stay and the whole process very pleasant. Our neighbors (who had to leave for the storm also) decided to stay here upon our recommendation. They too, expressed how nice the park was, especially the owner and the grounds keeper. Most importantly to us, the park is very shady and is pet friendly. We have 2 Rottweilers and we were welcomed and treated fairly, which is not always the case in many parks. This park is located in the center of everything and only 30 mins from the beach. It's a sweet little gem of a place and was a pleasant find in the mist of the circumstances of hurricane Laura.
