Update: CVS on Bay City continues to be unhelpful. Every month they fill my prescription incorrectly & I call to correct it. It takes hours or a day to refill. I called today to preemptively remind them to fill name brand and now callers can’t speak to a live pharmacist. The robot asked me to leave a voicemail as my only option. I just have to hope they get it right.
Unfortunately, the pharmacy has such limited personnel and no management support. The wait to just pick up my prescription was over 40 minutes on November 29th in the evening. The employees seem to try their best, but are so short handed for the volume of customers.
I recommend another pharmacy if possible. CVS has also run out of my medication and taken days to order more supply. Also, I was even told by a pharmacy tech that I might as well go somewhere else, as they could not guarantee I get a refill in a timely manner.

Went to transfer prescription. Guy was only concerned about my insurance that's all. Didn't even ask my name at first. Terrible customer service!

I came in today for a Hepatitis-B vaccine (this is required because I am applying for a green card), I made the staff aware I was pregnant by filling out a form that asked me if I was pregnant, to which I selected yes. I had my vaccine and then afterwards I checked my vaccine record which informed me the vaccine I was given was Heplisav-B. The CDC website states the following: 'Until safety data are available, providers should not vaccinate pregnant women needing hepatitis B vaccination with Heplisav-B' and the Texas Health & Human Services states: 'There are no clinical studies of Heplisav-B in pregnant women. Until safety data is available for Heplisav-B, providers should continue to vaccinate pregnant women needing Hepatitis B Vaccine with Hep-B-Alum (ENGERIX-B® or RECOMBIVAX HB)'. I called the pharmacist who gave me the vaccine who was very unhelpful and gave me incorrect information just telling me it was safe even though there has been NO studies on this specific vaccine in pregnant women. So unprofessional, and I'm really praying this does not have adverse affects in my baby.

Updated review: The pharmacy has been very sufficient and timely in getting our prescriptions and we haven’t had any issues.2019 Review: My daughter’s prescription was called in at 9:30a. I went up there at 5:00p (we live out of town) and they said they hadn’t started on it. We went back the next day at noon and she said “let me throw it together”. I’m not pointing the finger at the pharmacy staff. They’re always friendly and appear busy. I don’t know what the issue is but waiting 26 hours for a prescription is ridiculous.

Terrible terrible pharmacy. It's been over 8 days and I still have NOT got my medicine. They've "ORDERED" my medicine twice just to call to tell me it's been ordered. What ever happened to making the customers happy and doing your job????

Staff was very friendly and helpful! They were very busy but more than willing to stop for customers. I Will be using CVS normally now for any of our prescriptions.

ok experience only go here to use the atm... have great deals on candy had to wait about 3 minutes for someone to come to the register other than that experience was good
