WORST veterinarian office ever!!! Took my Boston terrier in bc she wasn't acting normal. First of all when I arrived on time for my appointment, I was sitting for over 20 min past appointment time. Another person came in(one they knew by name, that was just there for a check-up on his dog and he they took him before me, after sitting all that time). Then once we were sent to an exam room I was in there another 25 min before being seen. She preceded to check my Boston terrier out and claimed she didn't really see anything wrong with her and that I needed to possibly video what's she's doing at home so I could send it to them. Well, I did that when she was having one of her episodes, I was told that the vet would call me within a few min, but I never received a call. Called again next day and was told once again that I would recieve a call, but again never did... 2 days later my girl was getting worse so I took her to Matagorda vet. They found that she had ear infections in both ears and that she could have had a stroke, vestibular disease, or a brain tumor. Bay City Vet could have possibly done something to help my girl not get progressively worse, but they didn't even attempt to help. I regret ever going there..I recommend you going anywhere but here!

I’ve been taking my dog here for years and this is the only place I’ll ever take him. Not only are the staff so warm and welcoming they are extremely helpful and understanding. The veterinarians always do a thorough look at my pup to make sure he’s at his best health and if I’m having an issue they are very knowledgeable and give me amazing advice ❤️ I can’t give this place enough stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ thank you so much to all the staff for being good to us.

A very friendly staff that takes care of your Fur-babies. We had an after hours emergency, and they met us at the Clinic when they said they would be there, and stitched up our dog. Even though they are not near us (40 min drive) we will always go to them even with clinics closer to us.

A spark left the earth today for us as we mourned the passing of a cherished member of our family, our beloved Flower. She had a vibrant presence that brought joy and laughter into our lives for an incredible 17 years. Flower was not just a cat; she was a radiant spirit, a mischievous soul wrapped in fur. Her quirks were uniquely hers, with her fondness for plastic, her curiosity with paper, and her insistence on claiming boxes as her throne. In her own whimsical way, Flower reminded us to find delight in the simplest of things. She was a maestro of meows, especially when she felt the need to remind us of her presence throughout our home. We are also incredibly grateful for the Bay City Animal Clinic for their unwavering commitment and care to Flower in her time of need. Rest peacefully, sweet Flower, and know that your memory will forever live in our hearts. ❤️ ?
