“BC AUTO REPAIR was fast, and it was great service. I rarely use mechanic shops, but in this case, I had to. My tie rods broke. And Gilbert there at BC AUTO repair got it fixed in no time at all. And the price was decent and fair, it seemed to me. Gilbert was very friendly and helpful. I definitely will be going back to him for future mechanical issues with my vehicles.”

“So after spending $1100 at a dishonest repair shop in Tampa, my daughters 2012 Jeep Patriot had the same issues, revving ok in park and neutral but almost dying when put into gear. Was told it needed transmission service for $300 and a new throttle body for $800. Having some faith, I okayed the repairs, made payment over the phone via my credit card and hoped for the best.My daughter picked up the car and it was the same. I then drove to Tampa, rented a uhaul and brought the car to Kelly and Bob at Coastal Automotive. They are fair, honest and have never to my knowledge mislead anyone! If they don't know the issue, they admit that and ask how you's like to move forward.They diagnosed my daughters car as having several faulty electronic transmission sensors. And although they don't make these kinds of repairs there, Kelly took the time to look up transmission repair shops and found an AAmco transmission repair shop in Vencie, gave me the contact info, advised me on what to tell them after diagnosing the issue, and best of all, charged me a very fair price for all their time and effort.Sad to say they are dying breed in the automotive repair world when everyone seems to be a parts changer rather than a diagnostic tech.I highly highly recommend you go see Kelly and Bob if you have any, and I mean any kind of automotive issue! “Of course we expected it would cost more if they got to us quickly but they got to us immediately! Took a truck off the lift and put our van up, replaced our water pump. We had been camping at Oyster Lake and it blew on the way back to our home in Dickinson. We would have had to get a hotel in Bay City, which would have been fine but so grateful they just took care of us right away. Thank you so much!”
“Every interaction I've had with the people that work at custom Auto refinishers has been pleasant. And that's doing work for them as well as having them do work for me in the past. Sometimes Google maps will prompt me to leave a review for somewhere that I've been recently, but it's not necessarily somewhere that I went to buy something or had work done. It's usually a place that I've been to fix a window, or put a shower in, or fix a mirror, or something, their storefront.... So sometimes I'll go ahead and leave a review if I had a really positive experience with the company and the people that I interact with based on that viewpoint. And it's not common that I do it. It's only when the interaction was something that was memorable to me good or bad. And I leave very few bad reviews because I know how important Google reviews are whenever people are searching for something. So just as much as I have to have a horrible experience working for somebody to leave a bad review, I have to have overly good experience working for someone to leave such a good review or a review at all. Because in the last case that I had to do some work for them, I had messed up and they had to wait an extra week to have their glass fixed and they were patient and understanding and that means a lot when you have a world out there that is so demanding nowadays.”
“Just wanted an oil change and this Walmart checks your tire pressure, air filter, battery life all out of a curiosity. My battery was bad and I am so grateful they took the time to check. Being stranded somewhere would be a huge inconvenience. They all are the nicest, friendliest and caring staff, I’ve ever experienced.??”

“Can't really say a whole lot about this place as I did not bring one of my vehicles here to be worked on. My step daughter had some brake work done and they seem to have knocked it out pretty quickly and professionally. Had a nice conversation with the owner and he seems to be a pretty cool cat. Good mannered and easy to get along with.”
