I transferred all my prescriptions from CVS in Elgin due to consistently not having common prescriptions. Walgreens' staff are amazing, courteous, always willing to help and go above and beyond. To me, it is worth the 16 mile drive. Thank you Walgreen staff!

This is the worst location to go to when it comes to getting ur medicine... literally the vechile in front of me got seen and when I pulled forward, they shut the pharmacy window.. they knew that I was waiting in line and they refused to help me... they have the worst customer service ever ...this location is closer to my house but now I kno y I don't hardly ever come here.. I will be better off just going into town then coming here..

This is the worst. The pharmacists and staff will not do anything to help(even when you are in severe pain with your dr on the phone). I had surgery on Friday and was supposed to get pain meds on my way home. Walgreens told me no script was ever called in here I sit on Tuesday looking for my anitbotics and pain meds and they would not even talk to my dr I left crying in pain and switched over to another pharmacy. They don't care about people!

The few times I’ve come in this store I feel like I’m being watched & followed from the very moment I walk through the doors. Today was no different. I’m pregnant & was craving something salty & sweet, so of course I wanted to browse until something spoke to my taste buds. Before I could make it past the register & into the store, the cashier & someone else was all over me. 10 seconds into the store & its “do you need help finding something” not even a minute later “what are you looking for?” A moment later “what can I help you with?” While following me from isle to isle, watching me while pretending to straighten up magazines & candy bars. Yet there was another white customer in the store browsing & they allowed him to shop in peace. I wanted to just put my items back & walk out. They treat people of color like shoplifters from the moment you step in the store. Today was the last day they get my business EVER.

The best Walgreens in Bastrop. This location is more organized and stocked compared to the one by Taco Bell. They can be lacking on available associates some days but they are always friendly and helpful. Their photo center is very quick at getting orders done.

30 min in drive thru line so far. Im sure they are having staffing issues as well but seriously folks.Came for pcr test to travel overseas, made an appt and arrive to be told insurance wont cover test and its $120.00 out of pocket.Wont tell me when results arrive etc...What a joke...

When I was recovering from surgery 2 of the employees followed me around the store and reached the high items, and heavy drinks needed for recovering breast, and radiation. Then they loaded them in my car for me. The lady I'm thinking of is thin, strong and sweet. I'm thinking her name is Irene. The younger lady is pudgy and strong and also sweet. These 2 ladies have been helping me x 2.5 yrs. post breast surgery and Radiation side effects. They have truly been lifesavers for me as well as cracking jokes to help the pain. I forgot to mention the fact that that I got the Covid vaccines, pneumonia,and flu vaccines. on and on for the techs and PharmDs.

Went in to pick up a prescription for my wife. Got in line and the pharmacist helped the customer infront of me then informed me that they were going to lunch and to come back later. Also, from other times ive been in, I have noticed they seem to regularly run out of medications and have to send people to other pharmacies. We are moving all of our prescriptions to another pharmacy.
