I would give no stars if I could. I just started using this pharmacy and was disgusted today. Walgreen's should be about health and safety but they have someone working with prescriptions with their hands looking this way. Maybe she works hard at something else but a good scrub would resolve it. She had blue hair and looked like she just finished yard work and came straight to work. Not dogging any type of work but if you are going to work in this field, cleanliness should be paramount. This was about 1600 hrs on 10/26/2023.

Unfortunately the service is very slow and today I encountered an incredibly rude employee. I had surgery at 7am, and my prescription was sent at that time. Online said it would be ready at 11:10. I tried to call to verify after 30 min of waiting and no answer my husband waited 20 min in line to pick up, only to be told to pull around and it would be ready then. It is 12:30 and I don’t had my post op meds. I suggest any other pharmacy, waits I can understand but this is excessive and the attitude is uncalled for.

Terrible. Waited for 45min to get a vaccine and was the only person waiting. I walked up and left. Never coming back to this location.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. When I went to the pharmacy, the technician was having issues with my insurance. It was then closing time by the time she had tried to enter everything (multiple times) & she told me she could no longer figure it out bc they were closed even though she had already been dealing with me...... I didn't know you stop dealing with a customer mid transaction bc you closed. I would not recommend using this Walgreens pharmacy.

Got our Flu Shots here & the wait was super looong! Even with an appointment set. It wasn't anyones fault, these ladies were working their tails off. More sick people full of questions & consultation needs then the team could keep up with! When it was finally our turn for shots, our Nurse was amazing, sweet & gave us her undivided attention!!! Give this team GRACE when you head to Walgreens...they have a lot to put up with that goes beyond what a Walgreens Pharmacy Team should have on their plate! Be kind & ASK your questions while at your Doctor's office!!! The Pharmacy is NOT the doctor!

Anytime I need help finding anything or picking up a prescription I never have problems finding a salesperson or asking questions at the pharmacy counter. Great customer service

I was extremely frustrated with the customer service at the photo counter. There is no call button for assistance, and when someone is available, other customers are prioritized. I spent 45 minutes waiting for photos, and eventually had to leave without.

Worst pharmacy ever. They got all the prescriptions wrong last time and I had to talk them through how to fix it twice. I stupidly gave them another chance and today I got here 5 hours after my doctor sent over the prescription for them to tell me that they didn’t fill it cause they don’t take my insurance. Did they call me? No they did not. So I drove 20 minutes to get here, since we live in the country, and have now been waiting 3 hours because the other pharmacy is so busy on a Friday. One star is too high for these turkeys.

IF YOU HAVE SOMEWHERE TO BE, DONT GO HERE! I'm just really confused what's going on inside this store. Got here at 2 o'clock to take a Covid test and didn't pull out of the drive through until I kid you not, 2:50. Took the pharmacy tech well over 10 minutes just to administer my test to me that took me less than a minute to swab my nose with. Kind of hysterical if you ask me, especially the two men in vehicles behind me. At one point this old man was revving his engine and blowing smoke out of his exhaust. He proceeds to pull off and then next guy behind me starts yelling out his window as soon as I get to the window. Not sure why it took 40 minutes when I was only 3 cars behind the first person in line when I pulled up? It seemed the pharm tech was grumpy, probably because people are rude to her all day for waiting an hour. Not saying it's her fault but man y'all should maybe look into hiring because I didn't see one "hiring now" sign while in that line.

So I went to pick up my prescription decided I would go through the drive through. Everything went well. Except for the ungrateful, unfriendly, pharmacy tech working the drive through. Sunday March 20th. At 11: 30 a.m. I sent in my debit card with my driver's license after receiving my my medicine. Not one word about Thank you or your driver's license and credit card was stapled to the bag in an envelope or nothing. Very very unfriendly.

Walgreens has quite literally pushed me to being a CVS Customer from now on. Trying to swing through on lunch break to pick up a prescription, 2 cars in front of me. As I pull up to the window the lady puts a big sign in the window to block my view and then puts a sign up saying “closed from 1:30-2:00pm for lunch. Absolute ludicrous. Any decent management team could schedule the employees to take lunch at different times. Last time I will ever use Walgreens pharmacy.

I have been in line at the drive-thru so long its time to renew my drivers license. 3:10 till 4:06. Still not my turn at the window tho. Yeah! Wont be long now...I m guessing. 4:08 got a human!! Closer asking ?? ??OMG we are done.4:11!!
