After spending decades with a large competing cellular company, I finally made the switch to Verizon. Kyle, based in Bastrop, showcased exceptional listening skills and provided clear, customer-centric responses to my queries. His sales approach was refreshingly low-pressure, which I appreciated as a seasoned sales professional. Kyle consistently demonstrated a friendly, professional demeanor and was an enjoyable conversationalist. As a newcomer to the area, I also valued his insider knowledge and recommendations for local attractions. As someone who rarely writes reviews, I felt compelled to recognize the outstanding service Kyle provided, as well as the exceptional value and user experience offered by Verizon.

Went to upgrade my phone,my battery wasn't charging correctly and I was eligible for a upgrade anyway and Alonso jaimes-rodriguez helped me get a phone and set up everything and transferred all my existing apps with no major issues very knowledgeable in all the tech questions you have he will help you get a new phone quick!!!!!

Customer service on the phone could not help me, but Robert was able to get my phone activated in short time. Very helpful staff that saved me switching to AT&T!

If I could give a zero, I would. After two bad experiences at this store with two different employees, I will never go into another Verizon store as long as I'm using Verizon. I will just go straight to customer service ONLINE to make sure I'm not getting swindled just so some sales rep gets commission. One of their sales reps (not going to name names) lied about a promo, I got my service activated and had to call customer service to get my bill and account fixed. He almost caused a $30 increase month over month in my bill due to his negligence and desire to line his pockets. NEVER again.

Got everything we wanted and more. 2 new iphones an ipad and hotspot for home internet! Been on prepaid for 5 years never knew the deals . Even moved over my gf from ATT!
