The front staff are nice people but overall efficiency stinks. It takes forever to get mail. It takes forever to have a package leave the Bastrop facility. Priority package mailed Monday just now getting to Hutto.

Really appreciate the staff here. They go above and beyond to get the mail where it needs to go.

The service at the Bastrop PO is friendly and efficient. The surrounding streets could use some work, however.
