The service here is good, and the staff are helpful. However, there’s usually a long line for Amazon returns and other UPS-related services. It would be great if this location could add 1–2 self-service computers for Amazon returns, like in some other UPS stores. This would help reduce wait times and make the experience even smoother.

Charged me $2.32 to print one sheet of paper. Costs 22 cents if you queue the same quick print job through UPS Store website. As a franchise they are entitled to set their own prices, but there is no need to be so exorbitant. Oh, and the quick print machine was out of order

Marco, Clarissa and Hayden are always so helpful! They go above and beyond every single time like it’s just part of their job to be amazing. Even during the busiest times, when the lines are long, they’re never flustered and make sure to have good coverage. They work really well as a team. I prefer going here over anywhere else for shipping.

The worst shipping location I’ve ever been to. I’ve shipped 6 packages from here and so far 3 never left the store. (It’s been months now with no updates) They were never shipped so Amazon never received them therefore I couldn’t receive a refund. I’ve since switched and so far all packages have made it to the destinations so I know it’s not a me problem. The staff here are also not very friendly and when you tell them that the receipt they gave you, you can’t see because their ink is running low they tell you “yeah we know” instead of trying to help. Horrible place to go

The Bastrop, Texas location has the nicest and most considerate staff, and they are very efficient as well as knowledgeable. AND they are super fast!!!! I drive 60 extra miles round trip from Elgin, Texas to use this UPS because it is so great whereas the UPS in Elgin staff is very slow and inconsiderate as well as having no idea of how to do their jobs. The Bastrop staff is very appreciated.
