I won't be buying gas from Shell ever again! If I could, I would give them Zero Stars. I purchased $35.35 in fuel. They charged my card $125, and after two weeks still have not refunded the difference. The manager refuses to refund the difference.
The way it SHOULD work is that the station would PRE-AUTHORIZE the $125, and then CAPTURE the $35.35. Instead this station CAPTURED the entire $125. The owner of this station must be super excited about how great his gas sales are going.
I won't be buying gas from Shell ever again!

I visited this Shell gas station expecting 35¢ off / gallon with the Fuel Rewards app.
My first attempt of payment, where the 35¢ per gallon discount was applied, got declined because my Cash App card was locked.
I unlocked my card, completed the transaction, then realized that the 35¢ discount was not applied...
In that moment, I became an unhappy customer.
The gentleman at the counter was patient with me and provided excellent customer service.
I'm appreciate y'all for helping me save $5 on fill up. ??
Lifetime savings with fuel rewards is $72.76

I went here to buy a powerball ticket. A smallish clerk there sold me a $10 tlcket that had been left knowing it was a losing ticket since it was July 15 at 9:20, 20 min. after the numbers were picked. He knew it was a losing ticket. I never get lotto tickets and was naive about buying them, much to my disadvantage. He most likely pocketed my $10.00 bill. This was very dishonest. I urge everyone to get their gas somewhere else. Dishonest people work there.

Been going to this store for more then 20 years. Only place that changed hands, and didn't loose it's customer service values. It's a busy place because it's a reasonably priced, and, friendly.

Never understood the fact that you have to spend so much to be able to use a credit/debit card. Congratulations on receiving a one star for something so petty. It shouldn’t matter how much you spend to use a credit/debit. If it matters then why offer it?!!

These scrubs have quite the racket. I knew there was gonna be a problem when their pump wouldn't take my card - never had that issue at any other place BTW. So, I had to go inside and pay cash. I selected the cheapest grade gas at $1.77 per gallon but their pump "mysteriously" switch me to premium for $2.65 per gallon when I started fueling. I wonder how many folks never even pay attention and just fuel & go; never realizing the pumps are rigged and that they are being ripped off. Anyway, I hope these crooks enjoy that extra $6 they conned me for. It will be the last money of mine they'll ever see. Never ever ever going here again.

The workers are pleasant, and the community of customers it seems to draw in morning through night make the establishment more interesting

Called to see if they do propane exchange, the gal in a very rude tone said “NO” and hung right up. Not the small town service you expect..

I usually go here because the gas is cheap, but I have had bad experiences with them. First, my card was skimmed one day at this location so I started going into pay. I wasn't sure how much gas the car would hold, so I put $15 on my card and asked the clerk if it was less if the money be refunded to my account. Her reply was yes. The amount was slightly over $11 and I left thinking it would be put back on my card. Wrong! Now I'm out $4. Which is not a huge amount, but do be careful when doing business here.---UPDATE--My money showed up on my card, so now they get 4 stars

This is the kind of place you worry about getting car jacked, shot, or an STD. Cut rate insurance, smoke shop, and gas station all in the same lot squeezed in with some sketchy looking characters. Gas is a bit cheaper though.
