Restrooms are not labeled. Hard to find. You have to get someone to unlock them for you. This is really inconvenient. Place looks trashy.

I remember why I don’t shop at Ross, I don’t like being policed just to try on clothes and then have to do their job to put them back in a very specific location just to be questioned again what I am doing.

Bastrop-Ross Dress for Less- Less customer service, less respect, less cleanliness or order in store, less professionalism of management and staff, JUST LESS. I personally know the incredible elderly lady written about in previous posts. I’m not surprised at the treatment she received, appalling that this continues in our Bastrop location. It appears Ross in Bastrop just gave up. In all probability…they couldn’t care less.

We had to leave the store…
Me and my family witnessed not only what I believe to be a manager
but also employees verbally Abuse and mock an elderly woman. It was over her making a return on her clothing
It’s sickening to see people take advantage and laugh and talk down to people.. an elderly woman especially
You just don’t do it..
We left and reported their corporate
Immediately. They said they would investigate the situation and I really hope (everyone of you involved in that) You end up feeling ashamed. Good luck finding work. DO BETTER.

Honestly, lately, this place has gone downhill- it's poorly kept up and constantly messy.- but-
the other day I saw a poor elderly woman get mocked and mistreated for trying to return a shirt. I just had to leave. Last straw. I understand return policies since I also run a business- but there are ways to handle explaining them. Not in a rude way.

My poor grandma came home in tears after being horribly mistreated by the staff and management of this awful store I’ve been there a few times and it is very messy and poorly run but for people to mistreat an old lady is just disgusting. Beware of this store.

This store has been run down for a while.It's very difficult to find what you're looking for and kids run a muck.Open all the packages and leave the store a mess.

Place looks like a third world country. Close and shoes all over the floor and nothing is organized. Women's clothes were mixed in to the men's clothes and none of the sizes could actually be identified as to the fact that none of the hangers matched with the clothing had Imprinted on it. Small medium large. Customer service sucked As well. Gave me an idea for a side job to go in and organize everything as it should be. This used to be a good store. What happened? Willing to go to each location and fix this at $300 a day.

Was not impressed. The clothes are so tightly packed on the racks. It was extremely stressful to go through them. They also had the clothing rooms in back closed with two tiny rooms in the front of the store. It was very uncomfortable. I felt extremely vulnerable in the front of the store like that in a tiny dressing room. They need to take them down and reopen the back dressing rooms. I will not be going back. The dressing rooms upfront for all to see is ridiculous. And so small you couldn't even turn around in them. Whoever came up with that solution needs to be fired. It's deplorable.
