I can not get any one to answer my calls and they have been charging my card and I've been disputing it with capital one... now it had hit yet another month and the rate has double what is being charged to my account. I was told that I could cancel and yet I can't get anyone to answer to cancel it. I did not authorize this nor am I getting the car washes. I don't own a car any more it was totaled out just 2 weeks after purchase 6 months ago. Fraud fraud

They are charging my credit card each month even though it is not authorized. Nobody answer the phone call to correct the billing. Online cancellation has not worked so far.

They have been double billing me for months. They sold their operation in my town (Bastrop, Tx) and the new company has been billing me. Rapid has also continued to bill me. They do not answer the phone when I try to call to get this straighten out.

I've tried several times to cancel my membership after 4 years because I'm no longer working in or around Bastrop but they continue automatically taking $34 monthly 3 months after the fact!?

Vacuum stations are great, unless it's over crowded and there isn't space. The washes are alright. They are all way too fast and don't always wash everything off but they have rags at the vacuum stations to help with this and leather spay and cleaners for inside the cars. I didn't notice much of a difference in quality between the cheaper washes and the more expensive ones and that is my opinion after trying all of them. There is a monthly pass if you need multiple washes a month which is nice.

$17 for this.... you're better off at any other gas station car wash for way cheaper... this was so dumb.

My back rear bumper was dented and pushed down about an inch after going through the car wash and It wont even let me contact the company I need to get this fixed

This is now Club car wash. I have the MVP membership which is great, my only complaint is the tire shine isn't always great, sometimes hardly last past the same day of the wash. They do have the best basic wash I've found, and it's pretty expressive for its cost. They always have attendants that prewash your ride while your guided into the wash tunnel. Free vacuums that actually work. I do wish they had the air hose at the vacuum stations to help blow out those hard to reach areas or your air vents. Overall it is a top notch express car wash.
