This is a great Tow company, day after Christmas our trucks transmission went out 3.5hrs from home. Both owners dropped what they were doing to help us out and took excellent care of our vehicle at a great price!

Tow truck driver, older man, kind of heavier, wearing little round glasses, rode my bumper for miles before trying to cut people off, then went straight and ran a red light trying to get in front of me and as we were side by side trying to get on the highway and he ran into my pickup twice trying to push me into the guardrail attempting to make me wreck then sped off as fast as he could. The driver never indicated there was any type of emergency and did not have any flashing lights on. If this is the way they treat their customers I would definitely not trust anything I own with these guys. Pathetic!

The owner of patriot is a terrible businessman, and will cheat you out of your money anyway his narrow mind can conceive of a way to, enjoys being manipulative oftentimes wearing a gun to intimidate so as that he can make off with whatever money he can snatch
