Here we go. I’m sure I’ll get trolled by the owner for posting this but it’s the truth of my experience. They do troll all negative reviews by the way. I posted this review on Yelp and got quite the response so I’ll post it here too.
“They charge $12 for a state inspection that should only be $7. Go somewhere more honest.” That’s what I posted on Yelp.
They responded to my post rudely, so I'll never go back there. They said they told me it was $7 for cash and $12 for card. No one mentioned that to me and the only receipt I was given said it was $7. This is a small town and word of mouth is important. Respect is important. If they cared about people they would have addressed the situation with a bit more decency.

First time customer and local to the area... I'm very meticulous on who I choose to work on my vehicle besides myself and after reading the reviews I felt comfortable giving it a shot and I definitely made the right choice... These guys were straightforward and got right to it.... Got my muffler swap done and still had money to take the wife out to dinner... Will definitely be using them in the future

Need for Speed is my go-to for any problems I have with my car. Kris, who works the front desk, is super-friendly, and they always try to find me the best deal on parts. I’ve always had great service and when I leave I know the issue will be fixed.

Don't leave their shop unless your AC is blowing cold after a refill. I spent $190.00 for them to add freon to my truck AC., they told me it was full of freon and that could cause it not to cool properly
I drove off less than a mile down the road, pulled over and called them to say it's not blowing cold. They told me it was blowing cold in the shop that It could be a number of things. They also lost my two refill caps.
I took my truck to a reputable automotive repair shop and it was the expansion valve that was not allowing freon to circulate through the compressor. He told me they should have noticed it wasn't cooling.

Need for Speed saved the day when we realized we left our trailer lock key back home. They were able to remove it and had us back on the road in less than 10 mins.

I had a strange intermittent noise coming from my Mercedes Metris Van. The guys here helped me track down the noise which ended up being a hole in the mid muffler. Jamie simply cut it out and replaced it with a generic one. The noise disappeared. I got all of this work done for what would have been the diagnostic fee at a Mercedes dealership. I'm sincerely grateful for the service they provided and I recommend them. Thanks Jamie!

These guys were amazing! It's nice to know we still have honest people in the world. I was told from a previous shop that I needed a whole new AC blower, but this shop said otherwise. They didn't try to hustle me or give me the runaround. I
will continue to give this place my business if I ever have car issues. Thank you!

I called and scheduled an appointment to drop my truck off in the am. Got my wife to call today and confirm just for the guy to not even know what she was talking about. Pretty sure if you can't run a schedule, it's probably to difficult for you to run a business. I'll be sure to let all my co workers know where not to go. Thanks for reading ??
