“I am a frequent shopper here and give it 5 stars because they ALWAYS seem to do the right thing. I bought a mower once and kind of beat it up, left it on its side, etc., and they GAVE me a battery when I was troubleshooting. Yes, I had the extra warranty, but that definitely wasn't covered! Same mower, ran over mesquite and got a flat. Fixed for free. Last week I left a little less than $60 in the change tray. There had been a register error with the receipt mechanism and one thing led to another and the next day I realized my mistake. After a little follow up, they refunded $60 without %100 proof. Thanks for staying with the small town mentality, guys!”
