The absolute worst customer service this evening with a bunch of kids talking and laughing then refusing to check a customer out because they were closing the registers. No actual work being done. Once garden registers close there is no actual checkout and the don’t pay me enough to check out my own purchase.

Bad service with the customer service women, they are from Mexico and they are very arrogant. They gave me terrible service. Last week, an American woman served me and gave me better service.

This Lowes location is a prime example of workers that give zero #%%!s about their customers and do a great job at making you feel as if you're an inconvenience if you need help with something. Like buying a $2,500 riding mower for example. The representative at least stood there until I told him I didnt need anything else from him but I had to pry information from him. He at least understood that an appropriate question to ask me would be "is your grass thick" because then he would recommend the higher horse power John deer. I get that not everyone will be super excited to help someone place an order and make sure they are making the right purchase for their needs but then we stopped another employee and asked for help and he simply asked us if we had a Lowes credit card. We informed him that we did and he said "cool" and walked off. Is it too much to ask to find someone that will at least find another employee that is willing to help a customer? This store gave me a gross feeling. I cant say I have any interest in coming back here. I wanted to spend money but my confidence in the store was destroyed. We spent $6 on drinks and left.

The other “home” place ignored me because I was a different race and color. Lowe’s was quick to offer service and were friendly, helpful and cared about me. Exceptional customer service by Doug in the cabinets department!

Bought 2 $450.00 patio 11" umbrellas. The sun and wind took there toll. I wanted replacement canopies for them. NOT AVAILABE.
It is rediculous to sell expensive items and not have available replacement items on the part that wears out every few year.

I purchased a dryer from Lowe’s in Bastrop Texas. I wanted to have my dryer serviced and I cannot find my receipt so I called customer service and they referred me over to the warranty department. Well lo and behold I have been going over and over with all of the contacts for my warranty And my purchase of my dryer. My credit card company said that they saw the purchase that we made back in 2022 and they see that we took out a warranty, however, when I called them they tell me that they don’t have any information as me purchasing a dryer nor a warranty. My purchase was $1,771.13 and we paid the dryer off but no one can find my warranty. Can someone help me out with trying to get my situation resolved? I am frustrated at this point!!!!
