They damaged my Tesla and wouldn’t even refund me or give me the tip back. It was t damaged before I brought it in. Getting my Tesla cleaned here was a huge mistake -the front desk lady was really nice. It's the most fast and cheap simple car wash I could find in town but my car was damaged and I was just in the car this morning, my kids were in it and they said it was already like that, but I have never seen this damage on my Tesla until I got it cleaned today. This would cost me $100s to repair. It looks like a burn or something to my interior. I never had any damage to the interior of my car until now after 3.5 years. I am just so disappointed and I tipped I would at least like a refund they don't even offer me a refund for the damage that my car came out of the car clean / wash service with that it did not go in with. . I will never come back here and I am so burdened by this and they don’t even care.

I asked for a complete clean inside and out. They didn’t clean much of the interior. I paid $150 for the service. It wasn’t wiped down. They cleaned the leather but the rest of the car was not cleaned. I could have had a better clean at a gas station car wash.
I brought it back and they said I got what I paid for. Don’t bring your car here!

I’ve used this car wash for years. Yesterday I paid $50 to get the outside and inside done. First of all, the price is crazy expensive. Then I bring the car home and what a terrible wash job. Drips from door handles, large patches of dirt around the base of the 2 mirrors. The back lift gate was filthy. Interior was wiped down but not well at all. So all this said, I no longer recommend Lost Pines Car Wash. The price is extreme and the help was not doing their jobs.

Overpriced terrible service. Paid $300 for a detail, $100 for an oil change on my car and $120 for a “fuel system cleaning.” (Not exaggerating on prices)…Only to drive off and my engine light to immediately come on. Ends up being a bad catalytic converter after running a diagnostic. Take it right back to the place and they deny and refuse to take any responsibility for not doing a proper fuel system cleaning. Manager on the phone tells me he’s been there 14 years and has never heard of such a thing. When I bring it in in person the same guys tells me he’s been there for 4 years and that the fuel cleaning might have caused the problem. Refuses to do anything but clear my engine light that comes right back on… ends up costing me $2300 for a new converter and 2 oxygen sensors that the mechanic shop reassures me was 100% causes by an improper fuel cleaning. Save your money and go somewhere else that’s doesn’t screw you over on price, and refuses to take any responsibility for not being able to do their job properly. Definitely don’t ever pay for a fuel system cleaning! Extremely disappointed with my experience at this shop.

Out of all my reviews, honesty is not something I usually point out. Please don’t make me regret this! Lost Pines Full Service is the most trustworthy people I’ve met in the car service industry. Coming from a multi-generational family of mechanics, I hope this resonates.
It is a blessing that I can send my wife, that is vehicle illiterate, and not worry if service technicians are going to pull a fast one.
In addition, Lost Pines is fast, even when they’re busy. The prices are fair and the technicians left you know what to expect.
This is a military and veteran friendly location.
The only thing I can nitpick is that the detailers need to clean some of the hard to reach places when cleaning the interior of the vehicle. I’m looking at door handles and etc.
All in all, if you live in Bastrop this should be the go to place for your vehicles preventive maintenance.

I have been getting my oil changes and 6 month service here since I moved to Bastrop in 2018. Colin has been the lead attendant for my service for all the years and is so professional and courteous, in fact everyone is extremely kind and today Karen checked me in and even helped me in the parking lot when it was very busy. Jonathon was the technician today and made sure I had everything I needed, filters etc and even offered my new favorite thing vent and air cleaning (I can't remember what it is called but it's $20 and I swear I was breathing easier!!) In the past, I have popped in for tire air and they are always accommodating and never act bothered. Thank you to all the staff and to the owners, take care of the people, you have a great team!!

The service there is great easy in and out. It is a veteran owned business and recognizes veterans
And first responders. Early bird discounts also. When you get an oil change service , transmission flush whatever it may be for they do quite a lot you get a free car wash They are efficient and do a good job.

Went in today for an oil change and inspection. I don’t drive my truck that much so they recommended waiting on the oil change. This is true customer service at its best. I’ll go back for sure!

First time here and got my wash, they are great people, but the top of my moon roof was still dirty they didn’t wipe properly, I had to tell them to clean the bugs off my vehicle, and there was still dirt in my console, the bottom of my grill still has a lot of dirt
Definitely wasn’t worth $44

Great experience getting an oil change and car wash. Collin was extremely helpful in getting my services approved through my employer for a company vehicle. I would definitely recommend!
