Do not ever tell the doctor about a single medication you’re taking or any illness you have because the dentist there was scary be scared of that and will refuse to treat you and send you to another oral surgeon because she doesn’t feel qualified to treat somebody that takes Advil every day or and I depressants or Blood pressure medication or or anything else so if you ever go there lie to them about what you’re being given by a doctor and what your illnesses are or they will refuse to treat you Then they will call the police on you if you say anything that’s negative to them. I had three policeman but the lights and siren pulled me over after I left that place. They wanted to take me to a psych ward because I got upset because they refused to treat me do not ever go to this place and if you ever go to another dentist, doesn’t lie to them.
Do not get angry you’re upset or tell the staff that you’re concerned about the way they’re treating you and you don’t like it and that you don’t want to live anymore or they will call the police. I had three police cars with license tire on and five policeman pulled me over and surrounding me with their hands on their Glocks because of that place, calling the police on me because I was upset because they would not Treat me. The place is a scam. They are out to take your money and not provide service which they did to me and they refused to refund any money because the doctor was too scared to operate on my tooth because she is incompetent. There should not be an incompetent dentist at a place that treats people.;
They treated me like an animal like I was nothing. I’m not a person that needs to be treated like a person. I need to be treated like a dog and the way they treated me was so bad that I wanted to kill myself I didn’t want to live anymore because of how they treated me
Do not go to this place do not trust them. Do not give them your money because you may end up being treated the same way I was and they lied to me about referrals and what they’re gonna do for me. They straight out lied to me telling me they were gonna give me two referrals and only Gave me one. And that woman’s an hour and a half for me and I can’t drive more than an hour so I told them that and they were so incompetent. They refused to even listen to me and Do anything about it?.

I had the best interaction with Andre Soto from Lone Star Circle Of Care Bastrop location. Andre absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Andre did so with a smile in his voice and a smile in his actions! He was detailed, resourceful, creative, found a better option for me, quick and was able to work around my busy schedule. Having been in the customer service business for quite some time I know a rockstar when I see one by the behaviors they display. Andre delivered when I needed it. WOW!!!!

Pamela Lopez has been seeing our grand children for years. She is so helpful and understanding. A wonderful listener. She makes sure the kids are comfortable. She works with them to come up with solutions for whatever issues they are facing. She can get them to open up and start talking by simply playing candy land or making jewelry with them! She is amazing!! She is truly the best in the behavioral health department. We are blessed to have found her.

I had my appointment to take out my birth control, well my appointment is at 1240 I run in the office at 12:39 the receptionist at #2 on the family wellness side, is talking to another paintent In front of me okay cool I wait, I finally get up to her desk to check in and she tells me I can not see the dr I have to reschedule due to being late and I was also going to get docked for being a " no show" dude I was in the building waiting on her how am I a no show? I was livid at this point. I asked to speak to her manager and a nurse to get my test results well after waiting in the lobby for 30 MINUTES! I finally go up to her desk and just get rescheduled. She proceeds to say still wanna talk to my manager? Seriously? No ma'am I don't wanna talk to your manager, I called and reported her! I never even got to talk to the nurse about my test results!!
The way I was treated in this establishment is ridiculous!! I don't understand how you have such hateful people working there if you don't like your job get a new one!

I've had nothing but an absolutely incredible experience every time I'm here, each nurse I've encountered has been nothing but kind and attentive. Every interaction about my care is clear, and discussed in detail before anything happens. None of the run around like other clinics will give you, I personally see Jenna Gray and I couldn't recommend her more. Every appointment I leave feeling better, and confident that I was heard, understood, and my care will move in the right direction. It may take some time to get an appointment, which is easiest over the phone, but it IS worth it. Your care and health actually mean something here, just treat people with decency. Remember and understand also, there's only so much anyone can do at one appointment. Things take time, there's processes to go through/hoops to jump through to get to where you need to be with your Healthcare sometimes and that's out of Lone Stars control.

This review is for the Dental Office. Although it took three months to get an appointment for my dental intake, the wait was absolutely worth it. From the moment I entered the office, Marylou greeted me with warm smiles and answered all of my questions. Once I was taken back, Yamileth, the Dental Assistant, was amazing and did everything she could to keep me comfortable during the X-rays. Dr. Martinez was simply the best. Her caring personality shines through, and she thoroughly explains everything she is doing and checking. I am grateful for such an amazing team. I can't believe I'm saying this about a dental office, but I can't wait to go back for my procedures!

Update: It seems to be getting better, so only gave it 1 more stars. Will update if they stay on this track of being nice at the front counter.
The front staff doesn't care about you at all, but the doctors do, that's if you can get in to see them. It took a month to get my daughters breathing treatment for her nebulizer. I had gone back right away when it didn't make it to the pharmacy. Still didn't make it to the doctor. When back 2 times to try and get it resent to the pharmacy. A whole month, and she finally got her breathing treatment.
For me, I am diabetic and the scripts didn't go through to the pharmacy, and the office lady said it was going to take 4 to 6 weeks to be processed by the nurse. This is even after I just had an appointment that I was seen just the day before. I needed my medication and diabetic testing supplies.
This office is really bad and the only thing that is good about it is the doctors( if you can see them).
The most recent is that I had an appointment for my daughter to be seen today because she is sick. The nurse that I talked to me said that she needed to be seen right away. Found the apartment for the next day, which is no today, April 25, 2024, and now needs to be rescheduled. The new date was May 13 of 2024. I was mad asking why so far out. She had an appointment today for a reason. I explained everything and still nothing. Asked if there was anything sooner because you are the ones canceling with me. She looked again at other doctors and found one for April 30. 2024.
I am not sure what kind of office finds this okay and thinks this is okay to treat people like this. This is not how any of them would like to be treated. If I were you, and you could take you and your kids somewhere else. I would highly recommend it.
It doesn't matter how good your doctors are if the front staff is representing you, is rude and mean, and drives your patients away. Doctors are not the only ones who need to have good bedside manners. The people that come into the office are sick or not feeling well, to begin with. If they are not coming to your clinic, then you are not going to be paid. If you eventually drive all your patients away. It is clear that the front staff needs to have classes on how to treat the patients and how not to talk about them by gossiping about them in front of the patient or other patients. So unprofessional.

On may 1 The doctor put in a referral for me to have heart surgery. I called them on the first and the eighth to make sure it was getting done. They told me I could take up to two weeks. It is now me 31st my surgery was supposed to be on the third, they knew on the 15th that I needed a different referral and never bothered to call me until today and they acted like it was my fault. Not one person from the 15th till today called me and said hey we need a different person I asked to speak to the head supervisor , and still haven’t heard from her . So now there will be no surgery on the third because they have no care in the world about anybody. It’s just a job to them. So I would suggest not going to them if you have a choice. Your heart could depend on it
